Good morning girls!

Nora, sorry you weren't able to get in a workout yesterday, maybe today.........:)

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Home Gym Intervals # 1 (treadmill) - 25 min.
YT- CityoftheColonyTX- "Cardio Drumming Mix of 4 songs" - 14 min. Songs were Sitting on the Dock of the
Bay, Old Time Rock & Roll, The Lion Sleeps Tonight & Can't Smile Without You.
YT-Earth & Owl- Rebounder Walking Mix of 3 songs & Standing Stretch- 15 min. Songs were Walkin' After
Midnight, 9 to 5, & Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch. Stretch song was just her regular music.

Today's workout was fun! All the different short workouts to tunes that I like, especially the rebounder ones....something
a bit different..........anyway, have a good day!

Good Morning Ladies,

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did a mix of C&E for 45 minutes (upper body weights) and added on 15 minutes of growingananas Christmas cardio workout with no rests.

Linda - Good job on your workout! So much variety this morning :)
Annette - I'm so glad to read about your test results. This is really good news!!
Nicki - We always try to work with mom and pop shops for the service and just pay the premium. I hate big box stores. Who can go without a fridge for 7 weeks?
Nora - I hope you get in your workout today :)

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did Dana Pieper's Kickbox Challenge. This is a 62 minute non stop cardio kickboxing with weighted punches at the beginning and sweat throughout the whole workout!!

I put on ankle weights for all of it, held 3 pounds and then 2 pound dumbbells for the weighted punching. For the actually workout I had on my boxing gloves. Whew! This one is tough ( thanks Siobhan) lemme tell ya. Got over 4000 steps in the workout, that's a lot considering it isn't even a walking workout.

I see the foot doctor this afternoon.

Nice workouts ladies!! Linda I, too, love those songs that were in your workout!

Tomorrow will be shoulders at the gym.

Siobhan, Christmas music for cardio, sounds fun but too early for me to think about Christmas.

I was in the office yesterday and then dinner with a colleague, so I didn't do anything but think about how hard you ladies worked out, lol!
Today was:
Bands - Legs, Glutes, Core for 52 minutes
STS 2.0 Mobility #2 for 18 minutes.
I really think the mobility and leg workouts are helping me.

Step Boss- Ab Stacker #2 = 10 Min
Uses Step with 2 Risers Each side
Plus pair of dumbbells #8 or #10
