Good Morning Ladies,

Last evening:
CTX Kickbox (warm-up and cardio only) followed by KickMax Leg Conditioning Drills and stretch.

Didn't do back work as planned as my back was a little bit achy from the heavy lifting I did for leg work on Sunday. Am fine today and so back and ab work is on schedule for this evening.

I'm continuing with my all circuit week, so ME is on taps for today. I was going to jump right into the June rotation, but maybe next week.

Hello to All check in readers!
I've not been able to read the forums lately but have been doing my workouts. I got in 3 consecutive days of golfing 18 holes (no golf cart!) and my workouts. Yikes! We've also been trying to get our yard inshape. We painted all our adirondack furniture and planted more flowers too.
I have been continuing with the 3X per wk running and various weighted and abs workouts. This week is PUB, last week was ME, the week before PH. I decide NOT to run any races but to keep cross training.

It's early! i can't sleep due to this cold business so, here i am. still at it for all circuits this week. Today is SJP/SB premix. I have a manicure/pedicure( my feet lool SO bad!) apt this morning and i am on a mission for curtains that will go in the workout room. Should be interesting. i amy add on some other cardio today...don't feel like i am getting enough for some reason

Good morning everyone!

This morning I did PS Chest, Shoulders and Tricep. For some reason I never feel really worked out after PS, although I am using the heaviest weight I can handle with good form. Does anybody else have that feeling :eek: ?

I am so glad it is Hump Day already, I am ready for the weekend ;-) .

Jes - I hope you feel better soon.

Tammy - What are your planned workouts for circuit week? Did you get good results?

Judy - I wish I had time to go play golf, I haven't played in over a year and I really miss it. :-(

Good Morning Everyone!!

This morning was Lowmax and PS abs .
It's really beautiful outside, so maybe I can fit in a walk later too.
Last night I ended up at a FISH FRY!!! I never eat fried anything anymore.....but ate 2 pieces of perch and a few potato wedges and it really was good but OH MAN did I feel bloated and sluggish the rest of the night. Proof that your body does get used to healthier eating and ISN'T the least bit happy when you revert back to old ways.....even just for one (really) bad meal !
This morning I had 4oz high fiber yogurt and am on my way to make a protein smoothie.
:9 THATS more like it !!

Good morning everyone!

Hope you guys don't mind me checking back in...it's been a while! Last night was HSC......haven't done that one in a while and boy am I feeling it today!! I was planning on running today, but it looks like the weather won't be cooperating todayx( , so I may end up doing either IMAX 2 or 3 or SB. I really need to get a lot more cardio in.

Jes, I hope you feel better really soon....did you try that remedy I told you about??

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was Running (HIIT) for 20 mins. Legs and Glutes and Abs from KPC. No DOMS this morning...oh, darn it!!!!

Today will be Chest and Triceps and 30 mins of Aerobics.

Morning Everyone,

Last night I had a great time playing volleyball. We only won 1 of the 3 played, but it felt great to get my feet dirty! }( Now they want me to play all the time. I don't think I'm going to have the time. DD's have swimming lessons the same day!!

Today will be PUB and a run.

Sandra, I only have two nephews. My parents have 15 grandchildren now and only two are boys.

Last night I did the bonus premix on the Bootcamp/ME DVD. It's AWESOME!!! I loved it, and it went by really quick. But those biceps from ME are killerx( I'm determined to be able to do them all by the end of this month.

Today is KPC.

Yesterday, I had to take the day off due to a busy day with DS.
This morning Imax Xtreme and Hip Hugger Abs from the Lotte Berk Method.
Now is work max.

Mornin' Everyone!

This morning I did IMAX 3, Blasts 6-10, and Core Max segment 1. I like blasts 6-10 because plie jacks are not included. }( I can do all of those blasts without modification now. Blasts 1-5 are another story... :p

Last night I also did Garden Max - planted a bunch of new plants in my garden, which is really pretty decent work when you have tough clay soil like I do. ;)

Shelley...I agree the biceps from ME are a KILLER!

I am doing L&G, abs and a 5 mile run. I did 5 intervals yesterday in my 6 mile run (run hard 90 sec and then jog 3 min and repeat). So an easy run today...http://bestsmileys.com/bouncing/14.gif[/img]...Carole
 
I am checking back in again. I have been keeping up with my workouts, but have had limited time on computers (unless I am at work and I found out that the boss can track which websites I visit - urggg) So anyways, I will keep it short.

Today is KPC and Pilates. :)
 
I think I need to start being more organized with my workouts. I notice in the morning I type what I am going to do here but at the end of the day I have done something totally different! Yesterday I did run on the treadmill for an hour, Then mid day I did PLb from fit tv. Then later I did the 3 sets upper body pre-mix from push/pull. Maybe it doesn't matter that I stick to what I first decide as long as I work out huh? Today I am expecting some new work outs in the mail so I am excited and am waiting until then to plan what work outs to do. I will do abs before the mail comes though. Thank goodness my mail comes at or around 11 a.m. :)
