Today's workouts:

KCM-BoxFit- dvd mix of both workouts, boxing & weights - 30 min.
IFit- "Self-Love" Rowing & Bodyweight circuit workout - 20 min.

Cathe Live #511. Metabolic Mix Up. She labeled it intermediate but it was a nice challenge for me. No dread factor. Didn’t lift heavier than 10 pounds, which is a nice change. CD’s All Standing Low Impact Burn-not as easy as expected, holding 2 pound hand weights and nonstop moving. And I’ll warn you about the 100 repeaters on each knee as the last exercise (in case anyone does the workout) Phew! Loved the routine and outdoor scenery.

Aqua fit… I love cardio and weight routine combos. Especially when it’s upper body since they are so rare.
 
Hi ladies,

Got home yesterday evening after driving straight through for almost 10 hours.

Today I did a new Fitness Kombat 54-Aerobox which I did just the cardio portion of which was 42 minutes of sweat and lots of confusion even among the participants in the video. Felt like a compilation of several different workouts but it was good and a sweat fest for sure.

I can't post any pictures because I can't remember how I did it before.

Nice workouts ladies.
