You are a warrior doing 35 minutes pilates on your rest day! WTGGood Morning Everyone,
Today is a rest day for me so I did two short pilates workouts totaling about 35 minutes (move with nicole and someone else from YT).
Linda - I've had that happen in the middle of an online session with a client where my video isn't working so I reboot the computer and it's a 30 minute update while the client is waiting, wondering where the heck I am

Blender- "Marvelous Metabolic Mish-Mosh" - 25 min.
IFit- "Muyil Ruins Pink Temple, Mexico" treadmill walk - 14 min.

Today was Jamie McKagan newest Cardio Kickboxing workout, it was 50 minutes long with abs at the end. It was a very nice workout, considering I am a bit tired from yesterday's heavy weight workout.

Cathe Live: Cardio Strength Blast (#21). This was quite fast paced. Cardio and metabolic strength. I was a sweaty mess by the end. Followed with a Peloton 20 minute hike, wearing my weighted vest. Then 10 minutes on the tilt table.

Fit Split - Metabolic Conditioning- TS #4 Just Metabolic Conditioning + Abs + Stretch= 42 Min
