Brrrr it is very cold this morning for SWF.....39 degree! I'm originally from Rochester, New York so I know I've been exposed to worse than this...but living here 6 years has made me a wuse when its cold. 
My right knee has not been right. feels worse today, so I'm taking another day off. My work out was going to be the 90 min zumba/fit club. I emailed the instructor yesterday to give her heads up I was bring bands again. She asked me to also bring my handweights in case I could not do exercise with the band. She also said she plans to introduce bands at some point after January....I'm thinking I'm too advance for this class and need to find something else. I'll still attend Zumba, though.
GED graduation was very nice last night. I was very proud of my student.
