Daily Check In Tuesday May 3rd

Charlotte: You will feel better at least mentally if you do some kind of workout. I'm sure clean Max will keep your busy too! Yesterday my agenda had House Blessing for 2nd and main floors = Clean Max. I got an extra burst of energy and completely rearranged my bedroom furniture. Moving solid cherry furniture ( bed, double dresser and armiore with large TV really got me huffing and puffing.) Plus I got to do all that extra vacuming, LOL. It was well worth it, plopping into bed last night was like being in a whole new room!

Dutchie: Good luck with the run. I am a new runner but old Catheite. My first 5K is Sunday.

Oh, today's workout: GS chest triceps, abs choice. No running. I ran yesterday, and I'm trying not to do too much too soon.

Edit : Katie I am sorry about your abdominal pain. I hope it isn't seroius! take it easy and go see that doctor.
 
Last night I did Lowmax and the stability ball abs from KPC.

AND I JUST GOT MY COPY OF BC/ME!!!!!!!! I'm so excited. Well, except I don't have my high step yet. I wonder if I can just use my regular one to try it out?

Dutchie, you must be tiny. You're only an inch shorter than me. I don't think I could weigh 118 lbs if I gave up eating altogether!

I am doing L&G floor legs, GS Shoulders, Tri's and Bi's than hoping to get in about a 10 mile run, but we will see. I was happy to get a new watch for running. It has both a heart rate monitor and a GPS ( for knowing how far I've run). In the past I have had to wear 2 watches...so this is so much nicer...

I'm not tiny, really. And I used to weigh even less before my car accident. I want to loose the weight, cause that's the only way I can get rid of that stubborn flab around my waist. My waist measures about 27 inch (68cm).

Thanks Carole. Which watch did you get? I have the Polar 625X. Which I had to adjust after my 10K race cause it measured 100meters more.

Dutchie...I got a Timex Bodylink model # is 5E671. Thru Road Runner is was almost $300, but I found it on another site for $199 and no shipping fee's....:)...Carole
 
That sounds like something I am looking for. Do you mind telling mewhat brand and where to get one? Today Iplan to do as usual abs. Then later I plan to do ME or biceps/triceps. Cardio for today will be lowmax.

Denise-thanks for that post. As usual you are a wealth of information that I love to read. Like I told you I have a body type similar to you just a size bigger but I really wanna get to 4's!

Not sure if you meant me, Terry, but mine is a Polar625X. Don't know where you can get one in the US, but if you check polar.com I'm sure they have a link. It is pricey though.

This morning I did Rhythmic Step w/u, combo #1, and challenge (30min workout). Then I did PUB (no core), and StretchMax #1.

Katie, great to see you post. I was wondering how your second run went - glad to hear it went so well!! That's awful about the ruptured cyst! I hope recovery is quick and easy?

Have to get going early today.

Shelley, I used my regular step (Reebok, 8 inches) for all of my Cathe's before getting my High Step last month....

Today I will be in the gym so I am doing either Chest and Back or Back and Biceps, depends on how the old elbow feels.... I have been really off with my workouts lately waiting for the aggravation to subside and it feels much better. Don't want to push it...

This morning was GS Back, Shoulders and Back. I did really well this morning - completed all the reps for the first time. I can definitely see strength gains already in my upper body from doing the strength building rotation. And believe me, I need all the upper body strength I can get. I'm such a wuss! LOL! ;)

Great job everyone on your workouts. And especially Wendy - you go girl! You are truly inspirational. :D

I just wanted to thank all of the ladies here for your wonderful words of encouragement! You all make me feel so great even when I'm coming down on myself for not working out enough.

From here on out I am not going to push it. I will do what I can, when I can and rest when I need to.

Oh Marie...sleep is already foreign to me! lol I can't sleep in anymore because I am too achey come the morning. Once I am out on leave though...I will take advantage of the opportunity to nap during the day. Naps are the most comfortable and restful sleep I get lately...may as well get used it now, huh? lol
