Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Mega Mix # 2" - 40 min.
YT-FawnFit- 15 min. Weighted Vest Indoor Walking workout

Chele, this wt'd vest workout is kind of fun, Fawn is so cute, and she doesn't talk at all, she cues with her
hands, very good at doing that and easy to follow. Don't know whether you like the indoor walking type
workouts, but you might like this as a little add-on.

Aqua girl...sounds great! Always looking for weighted vest workouts since I am new to using it. Thank you.

I did a Michelle B Standing Core as a warm up today (thanks for the suggestion). Wore 2 pound wrist and ankle weights. Amazing how much that kicks it up a notch. Followed with a Peloton Your Day One Ride. These classes are offered every 100 days to review, reignite and reestablish new goals. The reignite section was 9 intervals, pushing cadence on a hill for 30 seconds. Tough stuff!

Can't wait to hear about Cathe's bonus workout for those of you who have access.
