GOOOOOOOD Morning everyone,

In a very happy mood (as usual)... my kids were fed up with me this morning as they didn't appreciate my singing and dancing in their bedroom when I woke them.

I had already done a 4K run and MM-Legs. Had such a great run, probably because I expected it to be hard after last night's spinning class and it was actually great..

Shelley, how are you feeling today?
Jane, how is your shoulder this morning?

I had to laugh at you saying your kids didn't appreciate your singing and dancing to wake them up !!! I did that to my kids while they were growing up (STILL do it to my poor youngest teenaged daughter) and they still talk about how horrible it was to wake up with someone so happy already!!!!!!!! "it's TOO early for that!!!" :D :p

I've decided to do a one body part a day & cardio rotation and started that yesterday, with Imax2 intervals 1,2,3,4, & 6 plus 30 min. stationary bike and biceps. I did biceps from CTX UBS, STP, PP & SS !!
I have some doms this morning, but really not bad.

Today I haven't picked my body part yet, I'm thinking maybe triceps & 30 min. hi/lo. Will probably get out for a power walk later too. Because it's NOT going to rain ALL DAY, be cold & gloomy like it was yesterday!!! Yay for the sunshine!!!!

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. I slept last night!!! YEA!! From 7:30/8ish to 5 a.m. when the clock went off. My shoulder is a little stiff but I have good range of motion in it. YEA again.

Today is cardio and one body part and as I said above, I believe I'll do biceps. I'll throw in a traditional ab w/o in there too.

Becky and Jane, sounds like we are all doing similar rotations this months...I too am going to start a one/two body part(s) per day rotation but I am adding some light/no weight leg work in every day as well. Have fun ladies!:)

Jane, glad to hear that your shoulder is getting back to normal!

Lisa, have a good ab work out today!

So I will be starting my rotation today. No sense putting it off a week.

I will do:

Step and Intervals as produced + walking lunges

OR

Rebounder + S&I's U/B work and abs + gs floor work

After reading Becky's post though about doing multiple work outs for biceps I am wondering if I should do that too? I think maybe I'll add in some work from the GS series every day to bump it up a bit! :)

Morning ladies.... I'm still feeling like I got run over by a truck. I'll be resting today. Any sudden movement could cause a reaction we don't need to talk about.;)

Looks like everyone is doing great workouts. Dutchie, my dad used to wake my up by singing "Strangers in the Night" to me and if I'd had rotten tomatoes, I would have thrown them at him;)
 
Good morning!

Shelley and Dutchie, my dad used to sing "Goodnight Ladies" to my sister and me at bedtime. We hated it!! We laugh about it now, but back then we'd protest. It was bad enough we had to go to bed so early, but singing about it just seemed to add insult to injury.:) My dad would also wake us in the morning, but instead of singing, he would clap and chant "up-a-bup." (BTW I've heard my kids say "Grandpa stop singing!" so it wasn't just us :))

Morning ladies! Well, I did Low Max today, followed by CTX Kickbox cardio. Low Max did fry my legs today. It's not my favorite workout, but I'm going to keep it and use it for the lower body benefits. I like all the work your muscles get in your hips and outer thighs, an area I DEFINITELY need some work in.:)

Dutchie, my 7 year old HATES when I dance or do anything silly in front of him! I swear he is ashamed of me! My 6 year old loves it tho. He just smiles at his Mama. Hope he doesn't turn into his brother!

I did ME yesterday and a powerwalk. Today I am doing Firm it Up from the Slim Series and a powerwalk. My rotation is going great and I am STICKING to it!

Mornin' everyone!

Today is a full body weights day for me. I think I'll go heavy, which means I'm on my own, since I don't own a truly "heavy" workout. In addition, I need to do some walking lunges and abs.

I already have dinner cooked for tonight, so I'll just warm it up real quick - much better than rushing around after my workout, trying to get it done!

I guess I'd better get to work now. Drat.
 
Tammy, yesterday's bicep workout was around 20 minutes. CTX was 10minutes, then STP was just BB curls, PP was DB curls, and SS was preacher curls and concentration curls on the ball !:)

I just finished todays workout. GS & CTX Triceps}( and the tough core premix from Coremax. I'm skipping hi/lo and walking later.

Kali Way to go on sticking to your rotation!!!!!!
and Shelley I hope you feel much better as the day goes on. Sorry you are sick.;(

I need the laughs after doing Imax 1 and ab hits. I really like Imax 1, but the warmup goes on forever! Is it just me?

Kali...that is great the rotation is going well. ME is a fun one.

Pamela...hope your congestion subsides although for me cardio always helped my breathing when I had a cold...:)

Katie...yes Lowmax is a leg fryer, especially on an 8 inch step

Shannon you have a tough workout planned.

Conni...yes the warm-up in Imax is a longer one...just to prepare you I think!

I would like to share with you what my Dad use to sing....but....they might delete this thread!!

I have some nice DOMS in my chest & back...:)...today is PLB standing and a 6 mile run.

Carole, now I'm really curious! :) I hope your DOMS ease soon and don't cause you too much discomfort.

I'm feeling a lot better, and knowing I've completed IMAX3 helps! :)

(BTW I've officially graduated to the 6 inch step.)

Just a question for anyone who may know the answer. I did PUB on Sunday, just how long will DOMS last? I could barely lift my
arms during the plunge lunge moves in my workout today. My biceps and pecs are still sore.

Good morning!

As per the rotation, I did IMAX3 this morning. I was D.R.E.A.D.I.N.G. having to do that workout at 6am, but am very, very pleased to say that I pulled through just fine.

Pamela, my hat is off to you, and I am bowing as deeply as my tired legs will allow, that you were able to do that workout with your chest so congested! You rock!!

I'm feeling more DOMS from PUB today than I was yesterday. I was still also feeling the DOMS in my legs from PLB on Saturday!! DOMS can last anywhere from 1 to 5 days, in my experience. My biceps and pecs are the two areas that are tight on me, too. And yes, all of the over-the-head arm movements today were, ah, noticeable. But we did it!! YAY! And tomorrow is only a weight day. Yippee!

Just got done with Firm it Up, talk about frying Katie! LowMax is not my favorite either but I do it for the same reasons.

Next is Cleanmax in the bathroom and off for a powerwalk and abs. Gotta keep moving lest I'll be on this computer all day!

Hi all,

I did Billy's Bootcamp Cardio today! With weighted gloves and ankle weights on for added intensity since I don't have the bands.

Nice workout and I put alot into it.:7
