I figured I'd start today since I'm up!:)

Today will be a rebounder work out, the U/B section only of 10*10*10, some ab work and walking lunges.

Morning Wendy and Tammy and all who follow! Well, I survived!!! I was so scared to do my workout this morning, but I did it!!! Today was BC followed by the first half of MIC. MIC isn't so bad when you start it already warmed up. I'm so glad it's over!:7

But I am sticking to it so I will do it! No pain no gain right?;)

Hello, everyone!

Today is supposed to be Legs & Glutes plus some abs. My knee is bothering me a little bit though - I think I got carried away on those hammer punch kick thingies in KPC yesterday and probably went down the wrong way. Anyhow, if my knee doesn't like squats, I may switch over to upper body instead. We shall see.

Tammy - enjoy the day off! Today would be a good day for it down here - all rainy and stormy.
Katie - Good grief! What a workout! Good for you!
Kali - I've never done Body Max - pretty tough, is it? Good luck!

Kali - Bodymax is tough, but addicting, isn't it?

Today was supposed to be KPC, but I subbed Cardio Kicks and then did the stability ball section from KPC, just to get those pikes in}( !

I really wish Cathe would do another hi/lo like CK. She moves quickly from one combo to the next, you have no boredom factor!:7

Today I did 45 minutes on the stationary bike , floorwork & calves from L&G and KPC abs !!

All on an empty stomach so I GOTTA get something to eat now !!

30 mins rebounding, 100 walking lunges (1/2 w/8# DB's and 1/2 w/no weights at all), tricep work from CTX, a little plank work and 100 varied crunches. }(

Tammy...may as well make the most of your rest day! ENJOY!

Katie...I don't yet have MIC and maybe that's a GOOD thing!:p

Kali...Body Max is brutal, ey? lol I actually really like that work out but I could do w/o the leg drills...they are the worst part IMO!

Shannon...hope your knee cooperates!

This Morning Kick Max Ouch! love love love this workout. Tonight P90x Core Synergistics.

Core Synergistics, is truly a kick butt workout 'THE BOMB' I’m going to incor into my weekly rotation twice.

Today, is a very busy day. Needing to catch up, cuz, tomorrow I’m taking a vacation day :p :p not doing anything fun just going to take care of some business. If I don’t get the chance to check in. Here’s what my week looks like.

Friday: am: Legs & Glutes pm: GS Chest & Triceps
Saturday: am: Imax 3 pm: GS Back Shoulders & Biceps
Sunday: am: 1 hour jog pm: Core synergistic

Good morning everyone,

Sounds like you all have some great workouts planned . . . or completed!

Today is a 40minute steady state run, abs from KPC or SJP, segment 2 of SM.

My HRM broke yesterday during MM. This is the second one (Polar F11) that just stopped working for no apparent reason. Sports authority is great about returns so I took it back last night, but they didn't have any in stock. I ended up getting a Nike Triax Elite which doesn't calculate calories burned, but it does calculate distance, grade, etc. I've been debating all morning whether I should keep it. I need a hrm because they really help keep me motivated, but I like knowing the calories burned too. (Also, I'm addicted to gadgets :)Hence the Magic Bullet, the Keurig, and many others I'm too embarassed to list here.) Also, I was planning on downloading a cardio coach workout to use on my run today and I'd like to use the hrm to complement the workout. Decisions, decisions! I've wasted 2 hours trying to decide whether to keep it, and trying to decide which cardio coach I should buy. I'm leaning towards keeping it for now because of the distance feature. I can always calculate calories using METS, right?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm leaning towards cardio coach 4.

Hi everyone,

This morning I did 10-10-10, plus the first half of Step & Intervals, to replace the 40 minute run on today's rotation. Then I did CoreMax2, in place of Ab Hits, and Stretch Max2.

Thanks for the cardio suggestions yesterday. They were both very good ideas, but I'd just done Step Blast's first 2 combos in place of a 20 minute run, and Rhythmic Step is on the rotation for this Sunday. So, I went with the very versatile CTX workouts.

Katie - wow, you're really cruising through that rotation! It sounds exhausting. Good for you!

Pamela - good workout today, hey? My legs are tired; I'm *very* ready for tomorrow's rest day! How about you? How's your cold? I think you should take the monitor back and get what you truly want - the Polar F11. I'm thinking of getting a HRM - would you recommend the Polar F11?

I did Billy's Total Body Fat Blasting Workout today with weighted gloves and ankle weights. Nice workout.

I bought the cardio coach package, and I did volume 4. That was fun! I tried out the new hrm. The distance feature was neat, and I liked being able to upload the data to my computer, but I really miss the calories burned feature. Also, I can't get it to show my hr when I'm not exercising. I think it's going back tomorrow.

Tried core max 2, but I couldn't do it so I did Leslie Sansone's You Can do it Abs, but it was too easy. I've got to find some ab work that's doable for me. My core's not strong enough for Cathe yet.

Stretch Max segment 2 was nice.
