Today is a 40minute steady state run, abs from KPC or SJP, segment 2 of SM.
My HRM broke yesterday during MM. This is the second one (Polar F11) that just stopped working for no apparent reason. Sports authority is great about returns so I took it back last night, but they didn't have any in stock. I ended up getting a Nike Triax Elite which doesn't calculate calories burned, but it does calculate distance, grade, etc. I've been debating all morning whether I should keep it. I need a hrm because they really help keep me motivated, but I like knowing the calories burned too. (Also, I'm addicted to gadgets

Hence the Magic Bullet, the Keurig, and many others I'm too embarassed to list here.) Also, I was planning on downloading a cardio coach workout to use on my run today and I'd like to use the hrm to complement the workout. Decisions, decisions! I've wasted 2 hours trying to decide whether to keep it, and trying to decide which cardio coach I should buy. I'm leaning towards keeping it for now because of the distance feature. I can always calculate calories using METS, right?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm leaning towards cardio coach 4.
