Good Morning Everyone,

This morning I managed a short 30 minute Dan the hiit man total body hiit workout. I have an early start today so don't have time for anything more.

Linda - WTG with your blender workout yesterday! No doubt you are engaged in another mash up as I post :)
ChelePA - great job with your Cathe Live workout :)
Annette - sounds like you enjoyed your JJ workout. 50 minutes of cardio is a lot for me WTG!
Nora - how's the jump rope?

Dan the HIIT man is quite a creative logo. Is it true HIIT workouts? Just curious. I know some use that title when there’s a timer involved.

Started the morning with CDorner’s recent Cher step routine. It was on the easier side but I loved the music so lots of fun for me. Good warm-up for Cathe live today. Metabolic strength for two minutes with a 15 second finisher followed by cardio for a minute. I lifted lighter like Cathe and I was still feeling it. Some of the one minute cardio moves she actually took breaks. But it had me huffing and puffing anyway. There were two guests in the class. The one was so strong!

Linda, yesterday's workout was a DVD called Kickboxing Bootcamp with Jeanette Jenkins.

Nice workouts so far.

Today was a short 75 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 upper body machines, cables for upper body, dumbbells for chest press, hammer curls, overhead triceps then seated clean and press and front raises, then reverse curls, wrist curls and concentration curls.

Sled to 10 plates, floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch.

Hoping to get in some sun this afternoon.

Hi Chele, I was an instructor for about 6 years. I taught a Silver and Fit class and my own Sweat with Annette class. Mostly basic aerobics ( grapevine, side steps, mamba, L step , V step etc....) with weights thrown in. Since my class was mostly active older adults I didn't put them on the floor till I dropped older from the description.

My class was the same just more intense , I had cardio kickboxing workouts, Moderate Intensity Interval Training workouts, little bit of dancy stuff, 2 disco workouts that were a big hit. I did a bit of everything but no step(I tried but it didn't go over well). The majority of my workouts involved weights of some kind.

The pandemic kind of put a stop to my teaching.
 
Wow Caloco! That’s quite the variety of classes. Covid changed so many things. I never returned to the gym afterwards. I do miss the social element. I wish there was a local step class, but we have nothing. I would pay per class if it was offered. So much fun to do together as a group!

YT- Dan the hiit man total body hit =30 minute- WTG & high fives forgetting in that workout before your busy work day began. Great way to start your day:) Regarding the jump rope I'm getting to where I'm not bruising myself
with the 1/4 pound weight attachments hitting the legs. So that's a plus, thanks for asking. Have a good evening;)

YT-CDorner’s recent Cher step routine, sounds very fun. I recall a step workout on dvd with Cher. I think she did two dvd's and step was one.

Fun Warm up for Cathe live plus, Metabolic strength for two minutes with a 15 second finisher followed by cardio for a minute. I imagine there were a few rounds of that, sounds so fun & challenging, great combo. High fives and WTG amazing workout today:) Enjoy your evening:)

YT- Fitness Blender- Interval Cardio and Strength Blend to Burn Fat - Total Body Sandbag Workout Video= 22 Min

Tae Bo - Cardio Circut 1 =36 Min
