YT-CDorner’s recent Cher step routine, sounds very fun. I recall a step workout on dvd with Cher. I think she did two dvd's and step was one.
Fun Warm up for Cathe live plus, Metabolic strength for two minutes with a 15 second finisher followed by cardio for a minute. I imagine there were a few rounds of that, sounds so fun & challenging, great combo. High fives and WTG amazing workout today
