Daily Check-in, Thursday, July 3, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Je suis retourne! Today I did a short Dan the hiit man workout for 38 minutes. It was great to workout as my MIL won`t let me use the gym in her complex. I spent Canada Day in the market (downtown) with wall to wall people. It was boiling.

Nice to see everyone`s workouts over the past few days. Annette - beautiful pics! Welcome back.

I guess you all have a long weekend starting tomorrow :). Enjoy!!!

trip.

Today's workouts:

KCM-Cardio Sculpt Overload dvd- Premix: Boxing & Compound- 30 min.
Leslie Sansone-Walk off even more weight dvd- 2 mile Classic Walk with the weighted belt- 31 min.
(it's been awhile since I did a Leslie dvd, enjoyed it..using her weighted belt that came with dvd)

An hour, but took a little break in between :)

Aqua girl… how’s the weighted belt versus the vest?

Had a little extra time this morning, so I warmed up with CDs intermediate step at 130 BPMs. Loved the music!!! Followed with Cathe live. This was a faster paced metabolic workout with some cardio thrown in. 45 minutes. Really enjoyed it! She used dumbbells and the medium resistance band.

FYI if you enjoy rebounding

Kat just announced that she’ll be releasing new rebounder routines. Kensone sent her a mini trampoline to advertise with her workouts.
 
Chele, I think you meant CeciFefi in the post before this one.

Today was a 90 minute gym circuit consisting of upper and lower body machines, dumbbells for chest press, bicep curls and triceps, lighter weight for kickbacks, clean and press, concentration curls.

Sled to 10 plates, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch at the end.

Nice workouts ladies!!

Aqua girl… how’s the weighted belt versus the vest?
Oh, it’s just another toy to play with! :). Leslie Sansone came out years ago with a bunch
of dvd & various equipment kits…of course, I got them all. One was the dvd-Walk Off
Even more Weight with 2 different 2 mile indoor walks using her 2 lb. Weighted belt
that came in the kit too. It’s just a good little walk booster, I only really use it with these
walks.

Today's workout got cancelled as we had a dishwasher repair guy over to diagnose problem and will be back Wednesday with part to fix it. Luckily its under warranty, so YAY! Anyways I wasn't able to workout. Nicely done ladies on all your workouts done today;)
