Good Morning Everyone,

Another busy day ahead of me so I only managed 30 minutes of a bodyweight workout with C&E.

ChelePA - big workout for you yesterday! I prefer no repeats as well. C&E do repeats :(
Annette - WTG with your KB workout :)
Nora - nice mish mosh yesterday - you had stamina and time!
Nicki - I'm so sorry to read your leg continues to bother you. I am hopeful for your recovery too.

CeceFifi… love that you’re getting in some movement despite being quite busy. Enjoy your visit!

Nicki…. so frustrating when we can’t exercise. Really hoping the chiropractor can help and you get relief sooner rather than later.

Czechfan… have things cooled down in your part of the world? We are having milder temps, which will continue through the holiday weekend.

Calico… as always, awesome strength workouts at the gym!

Warmed up with a 10 minute peloton core class. Followed with today’s Cathe live Burn Upper Body. She also snuck in some ab work, much to my surprise. No repeats, which is always a plus for me. Clocked in just under 45 minutes, I do believe. Maybe a little practice in preparation for the next bonus. Finished with a SIT cycling class.

We made a last-minute decision to go to Baltimore for the extended weekend. Probably won’t be checking back in until Tuesday.

Hi ladies,

Today I just wasn't feeling the gym so I laid in the sun for 2 hours and 15 minutes. The new chair is a tad different but I think it will work out well.

So after laying in the sun, I came in and did KCM TLC Boxing Combos workout which is 32 minutes long. So I did something.

Nice workouts Siobhan and Chele.
