Good morning girls!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "STS 1.0- 4 Day Rotation- Total Body" - 27 min. (Last day of my little STS 1 - 4 Day Rotation)
YT-Lil Walks- "Sculpture Garden Walking Trail, Lakewood Park, Leander, TX" treadmill walk- 14 min.

Nora, loved your combo yesterday of YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - 30 min STRESS REDUCING CLIMBS Indoor Cycling Workout (I think I need a Stress Reducing Climb!)
LMRE2- Elevated Lower Body- Timesaver 1- No Step = 36 Min
LMRE2 - Low Impact Cardio Fusion = 32 Min (Neat little workout- I like using the band on the floor)

Hi ladies,

Today I was moving kinda slow so I got a late start.

But I did an 85 minute gym circuit for back and biceps, legs and floorwork.

I did the rear delt machine first because someone was on the usual starter machine. I managed 40 pounds then 45 and that was it.

Then I did the incline leg press machine for leg press and calves. I used no weight , then 1, 45 and then 2, 45's for 3 sets of not sure how many.

Then I went to my normal back machine with 25 on each side.

Then I did preloaded barbell curls with 20, 30, and 40 pounds. I also did hammer curls with a twist with 15's along with concentration curls. Then hammer curls with 20's, 25's and 30's. Bicep curl up and reverse down with 10's. Wrist curls with 15's.

Then I went to the sled for some cardio, changed things just a bit. I loaded the sled with 1 plate (45) and while holding the poles drug the sled backwards with this you need to keep your feet moving or you can run over yourself, ok not really but you still could kick the sled. I then put another 45 on it turned it around and did the same thing back to start.

Then I over the shoulder strap pulling it forward and ran it back. I added a 3rd plate and repeated. I ran the sled back to the other side attached the rope and went to the start again. I managed to hand over hand pull the sled with 3, 45's to me. I was spent. I debated about doing the sit down pull but opted not to.

I then went and did floorwork for legs, abs and row with a twist. Finished with a much needed stretch

My lower back is killing me right now.

Annette- Another challenging 85 min gym circuit featuring:

Back and Biceps, legs, abs and floorwork. Plus some fun sled cardio too and a nice well deserved stretch. As always an amazing workout, you are a legend! Take care of that back maybe so hat will help.
