STS-2.0 Lower Body 2 = 40 minutes. I didn't feel like finishing, no worries. There are day we all have where we just are not as into, it happens. I know I can relate

My knee is a still bothering me but a little better.

Annette- Wonderful 81 min back and biceps gym circuit today with some fun gym toys (machines) an assortment of weights both Dumbbells & Barbell. Plus some awesome sled cardio and
floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Your workouts are always fun to read about and inspiring

I hope you can find something that will help with reflux. Maybe call your doctor and see what he may recommend.
