Today's workouts:

Blender- "Fit Tower Total Body Mix" - 30 min.
Interval Timer App- "Elliptical & Total Body Weights Intervals" - 15 min.

Today I did 2.0 Lower Body 2 for about 40 minutes. I didn't feel like finishing as I've been working out a bit too much lately (no rest days in 8 days :( .

Linda - that's a great idea to try bands when I have an injury or soreness - like always with my elbow and shoulders - ugh
Annette - sorry to read you've been up in the night with acid reflux. My DH takes medication for that.
Nora - no squats? aches? I hope you are feeling up for something today.
Nicki - I guess your procedure is coming up fast. Please let us know how you're doing - pre and post procedure as I'm sure you're a bit nervy about it - obvi :(

Hey Siobhan , great job with 40 min. of 2.0 Lower Body 2 . I hear ya', 40 min. is pretty darn good for not
being 100% into it today! :) We all need rest days.......
 
Hi ladies,

Today was an 81 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 machines for back(the multi machine(25 on each side) and the rear delt machine doing 55, 45 and 40 kind of a pyramid down thing going on.

Then biceps were barbell preloaded at 20 for 15 reps, 30 for 10 reps and 40 for 6 reps. Then dumbbells for concentration curls with 15's, hammer with a twist with 15's, regular hammers with 15's, 20's, 25's, 30's and 35's.

Then the glute machine taking it to 60 pounds and then the inner thigh machine.

Then I did the sled very similarly to Tuesday's workout slight variations on weight used but still a very good cardio and strength segment.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus I did 2 sets of row with a twist using 6 pound dumbbells. And a nice stretch at the end.

I actually sweated during the sled segment which is hard to do for he here at the gym.

Nice workouts ladies. My reflux was better last night still didn't get to sleep very quickly but when I finally did I slept with no interruptions. I rearranged when I took my antacid which might have helped. I can only take so much of a certain kind due to my kidney issues.

Great back & biceps day with sled cardio, lower body & floorwork for abs, legs and glutes for a grand total of 81 minutes.

I take a little one each AM first thing when I get up & wait a half hour before eating or
coffee. Been doing that for years. I just take a Walmart brand.

You did some cool workouts today, high five!! Thanks about your comments about my knee. I had to ice it and will do so again before bed. I was able to get a workout in, so its doable.\

STS-2.0 Lower Body 2 = 40 minutes. I didn't feel like finishing, no worries. There are day we all have where we just are not as into, it happens. I know I can relate:)
My knee is a still bothering me but a little better.

Annette- Wonderful 81 min back and biceps gym circuit today with some fun gym toys (machines) an assortment of weights both Dumbbells & Barbell. Plus some awesome sled cardio and
floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Your workouts are always fun to read about and inspiring:) I hope you can find something that will help with reflux. Maybe call your doctor and see what he may recommend.

Uses DB Pairs: 5,8,10,12,15

LMRE2!-Elevated Kickbox Fusion = 42 Min - wore 1 pound weighted gloves

YT- Phoenix Nation - 10 Minute Kettlebell-Jump Rope Skipping Workout for Beginners = 11 Min
1-20 KB, 1- 10 pound dumbbell pair, and 1/4 pound CrossRopes Ropeless Ropes
