Today's workouts:

YT-Improved Health- 10 min. "AnyTime" Indoor Walking Workout (kind of used this for a "pre" warmup)
Blender- "Total Body Muscle Meltdown" - 24 min.
YT- Lil Walks- "DownTown Gainesville, Georgia" treadmill walk- 14 min.
LMR2E: Balance Fusion- STS Bar Stretch only - 5 min.

Another "bag of goodies", what can I say! :):)

Nora, nice line-up for you yesterday, with Killer Legs= 39 Min and
Virtual Active- Indoor Cycling World Tour Wild California- Guided Tour Ride 2 California (No Coast)= 36 Min
Indeed, I need to start pulling out some of my Virtual Actives..........I've kept them all, they are great dvds
and nicely chaptered as well.

Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did a short mix of DTHM from YT - 15 minutes heavy weights for chest, an LMR2 warm-up and a DTHM 20 minute cardio workout. That's it for me today.

Linda - You're always keeping us accountable by starting the thread. each day I'm so thankful for you doing this.
Nora - WTG with your mix of cycling and weights!
Annette - how are you doing? I hope to hear from you!
Nicki - Are we on recovery now? I hope all is well :)

I was thinking, " Hmmm- what is DTHM......then it hit me....Dan The Hiit Man!!! :)
 
Hi ladies, just had a follow up with my regular doctor. He seemed pleased with everything the hospital did for me. I was down 5 pounds from March ( though he didn't say anything about it). Cleared to travel for vacation at the end of June. Forgot to ask about exercise, but I still get winded if I do too much so I will continue short 5 minute spurts a little longer.

My bruises are healing which is good. I am enjoying some time in the sun till the temperatures drop again.

Ok, boredom got me. I did a very minimal 30 min. circuit consisting of lower body movements like, marching, knee lifts, low kicks, grapevine, side steps, with 3 pounds weights added for shoulder exercises while doing the leg moves consisting of side laterals, front raise, Arnold press, shoulder press and rear delts then I did some floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Plus I laid in the sun earlier for about 90 minutes.

No shortness of breath,Yay!!
 
Good for you…….but……be careful…& take it easy….. I can imagine you are bored,
especially if you are feeling better, but you know the old saying….”better safe than sorry”
but I know you feel good doing a little movement….

I see you did do a workout please exercise caution and be careful regarding restrictions the hospital placed on exercise for you.
