DAILY CHECK IN Thu 02/23

I decided to walk today for an hour instead of doing ME. I plan on getting that in tomorrow. My right wrist is giving me some problems right now. I may have to go down to 5 pound DBs for the biceps, if that, but at least the rest of my muscles will get worked.

That walk was great today, 61 degrees, sunny, it was like therapy!
 
My gosh, I have had THE hardest time checkin' back in here today!

Been trying for HOURS!

My internet connection is all whacked out today and was not great yesterday either.

I was here several hours ago and had tried to post but when I hit "post message" I got an error and no post!:-(

Since then everytime I would try to get on the internet I would have one heck of a time!x( x( And to think that I have a CABLE modem too! :eek:

Anywho...I did SJP today in full. I did the warm up and then the hi/lo sections one after another (on the rebounder) followed by the step and the weight work, abs, c/d and stretch. Later on I added in the abs from MIS and PH since a Coremax was in the rotation for today. I think DOMS in the abs is going to be a reality for me over the next couple of days!:eek: }(

Tomorrow is 3 ctx cardios in a row....OR...since I got it and haven't tried it yet...I may do Step till you drop 2. There's 3 30 mins cardio segments in that so it would work well as a sub for ctx. We'll see what I feel like tomorrow....:+
