Daily check in TGIF June 20

Good Morning !

Hi ya Phyllis!:)

DH ended up having to work today after all but we're hoping he can make it a 1/2 day !

Yesterday was UB from HIS/LIS and I added on 45 min. on the stationary bike.

Today is Kick, Punch and Crunch ,which I'll surely sub. I might do step,jump,pump, which it tomorrow's workout. Think that would be okay after UB yesterday ???:eek:

Today is 4DS legs only premix with some chins/pullups thrown in}(
I am liking this rotation and seeing great results so I am going to do it for another 2 weeks!

Becky~ enjoy SJP, the abs from that workout are one of my faves.

Thanks for answering Phyllis:)

I just finished my workout though....just decided to go with a premix of SB/SJP and did weights/step circuit up to the point of the step challenge and then skipped it and added on all step from SJP and SJP abs. Was just over an hour, I think and plenty of cardio and full body weights. }(

Time to EAT!!!:7 No problem keeping breakfast healthy (I like organic greek FF plain yogurt with trailmix crunch cereal/fruit& flaxseeds or oatmeal ) it's later in the day that's a problem!:eek: :eek:

Hi everyone!!!

Greetings from sunny Marco Island! It has been a beautiful week of sun and sand. I have been working out every day:

Sunday - Jules Benson Step and Pilates, then we went to the airport.
Monday - 30 minute powerwalk on beach, weighted ab routine.
Tuesday - 30 minute interval treadmill walk, upper body weights, ab.
Wednesday - 30 minute steady state powerwalk, 1/2 on beach, 1/2 on treadmill, lower body weights, abs.
Thursday - 30 minutes interval treadmill, abs and stretch.
Friday - 30 minutes steady state powerwalk, upper body weights and abs.
Saturday - beachwalk, then abs and stretch before heading back to the airport and home.

I just got off the beach, the gulf waters are so nice. DH and DS went on a fishing trip, we will probably hit the pool later today, then major seafood feast tonight!

Thanks Phyllis but I still have one bathroom left to do. I hate doing bathrooms.x(

I am really late today because I almost just said forget it. But up in my air conditioned bedroom I did 2 ON Demand Exercise TV workouts, one was a 1 mile Walk Boost using handweights and the other was a short (think 8 min workout but more like 15 min.) taebo workout. My weight is still down so I am happy.

I only have to work Sat. this weekend so I am happy, I am taking Sunday off so I can be fresh Monday morning to take my middle son to tennis camp.

We keep having thunderstorms but I did manage 45 min. on each side laying in the sun between storms.
