Yesterday: Gym Style Triceps
Step Blast/SJP step/wts 81 min premix
Plus got my errands run and half of my weeekly housecleaning done.

ETA: Gald to hear Tammy is doing OK.
Heather: I have Dance works too. I have several other dance type workouts which are also fun includiong the original Yoga Booty Ballets. I will look yhrough my list and see which ones I thought were fun and got your heart rate up at the same time and then list them in the next day or two.
