Good mornings ladies!!!

I am off to do a 14 mile trail run and it isn't even raining....oh my...:)

Have a great sunday...

Morning Carole!

A 14 mile trail run sounds fun....TIRING....but fun none-the-less!:)

I got an hour of good cardio in at the gym yesterday afternoon but nothing else...no cardio today since I did more than usual (for this rotation anyway) yesterday. I will do biceps which I missed yesterday, legs and abs...

Have a great day!

Carloe, I just want to send you and your DH {{{{{BIG HUGS}}}}}.
I'm so sorry about your dog. They're such good friends, aren't they? Your dog was fortunate to have been in the care of such great humans;) Take good care and you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Michele

Michele...you are so sweet...:)...thank you so much...dogs are truly awesome and dog spelled backwards is what?...:)...I know some furry little puppies are in my future...

Yes I find trails are fun to run and when you get tired ( the long uphills) ...you walk!! Have a good workout Wendy...:)

That reminds me Carole...I was checkin' out your picture trail and saw the pics of your dog *ahem*, I mean your neighbors' dog! LOL WHAT A CUTIE! OMG! Is that a chihaua?? It looked like it but I wasn't sure.

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Today I'm going to do CC#5 on the treadmill and then Pilates for Abs.

Carole: Enjoy your trail run.

Wendy: You are like the little energizer bunny!

Hello to all that follow.....have a great day!

Sadie is just the cutest little one...:)...not sure, I think she is Jack Russel/rat terrier? We babysat her friday night....we also had a visit form a HUGE Shepherd...I'll have to post his pic...:)

Wow Carole, 14miles! Happy running.

Today I ran 19K on the TM. It was raining and lots of wind. The TM was a bit more appealing today then going outside.

The first 18K went rather smoothly at an 9K/h TM pace, perfect for a long run. I do stop to "walk" every 3K when I'm sipping my water though. About 30sec. each time. I'm definitely getting used to the distance now. After 18K I sprinted to the finish: every 60sec I went up 9.5K-10K-10.5K-11K and 11.5K. The last increase I did for two minutes cause I was a little too tired to make my legs move fast enough to do 12K/h. I was very surprised it was all so easy. Guess it means I'm ready to run a 1/2 mary, ofcourse just to finish. Well, maybe I should run it on the asphalt again next week, see if I still think it is easy. Anyways, I think I can manage a May 1/2 mary. Let's see if I can find one that doesn't require me to travel too much. Hate that.

You think the spinning is helping my running? I seem to do a lot better since I started those classes.

Just read about your doggie Carole. I'm so sorry. Sending lots of hugs over the ocean. And some paws from Spike and Spook.

Carole... Rex is a cutie. I'm glad you have "friends" who come visit. It will make your lost a little easier.

Great run Dutchie, sounds like you are in marathon mode!

Hello to everybody else ^^^^^^^^ there.

Got off work at 12:30, ate lunch and then started my w/o. I did Pure Strength Legs (no abs) and PS shoulders.

I am going to get in some cardio, I'm thinking hi/lo. I need to get started before I talk myself out of it.:p

Thanks Dutchie...:)..I do apperciate your thoughts...And yes I think spinning is helping your running. I bet you will do fine in a May Half marathon...:)

Hello everyone!

Carole, I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. My heart goes out to you and your DH as you grieve and heal. Thanks for your input on pilates. I think I will try the 20min Winsor Pilates beginner disc tonight after dinner. (My sister gave it to me along with the fat burner disc - she's really been pushing the pilates :) ... although, she's never given me any of her Cathe videos ;) )

Sandra, I completely understand. Just think, in a little over a month you'll be all moved in to your new home! Exciting! My son is doing much better. Thanks for asking. :) Since I'm leaving the country for a week, I won't be able to completely follow a rotation either. I did enjoy this one, although this last week didn't go so well weight loss wise (late night meals because of jury duty, and last night's dinner out didn't help, but it was fun! dinner, not jury duty! :))

Wendy, I'm still behind in my cleaning, but I'll get caught up next week. Yesterday was dd's championship basketball game, and her team won! Also, yesterday evening was my long awaited date with DH(fun), and today is my sis's b-day so I'm going out in an hour.

Yesterday I did bootcamp, and it was tough, but I felt so good when I finished. Today was LIS and CTX Kickbox (Cardio only), and later I'll do the 20 min pilates instead of the scheduled Total Body stretch segment.

Missed you guys yesterday, and sorry to be so long-winded! :+

Take care,
Pamela

I got in SJP hi/lo add-on premix and did the w/u and c/d from SJP, good 30 minute cardio. I believe I'll take a rest day tomorrow. My one body part per day is complete this week.

Daily Check-in

Happy Sunday! I did Cardio and Weights this morning. This is definitely one of my happy workouts. It is so much fun and does not leave me feeling wiped out. This is the first time I have done this one with my new Nike Shox Rhythmic studio trainers, and I enjoyed it more than ever. Anything that makes me feel light on my feet is a good thing. The pyramid pushups and alternating side planks are not happening yet. I still have to modify them.

Great workouts today! Enjoy what is left of the weekend.

Blessings,
Heather B.

Thank you Pamela... :+ :) I might try the next Pilates disc tomorrow...:)

Hey all! Very late check in today, but I thought I'd do it anyway. I finished the November '05 rotation! Today's workout was LIS and Kickbox cardio, then TBS2. Nice workout. I never know whether Cathe includes the arm drills as part of Kickbox's cardio, or not. I skipped them today because I was so short on time. My legs were very sore today, so this workout fit the bill nicely.

Pamela! We're done! Woohoo!

Okay, gotta go!
Sandra
