Today I did a 40 minutes Dan the hiit man workout. I will do my own 10 minute stretch. My apologies for not posting my workouts this weekend. I've been working so much and if I don't post immediately after my workout, I seldom remember to post later. That said, over the weekend I did a mix of growingananas for 35 minutes and another 2.0 for lower body premix - no repeats - 35 minutes.

Annette, I know what you mean. Glad the kidney doc appointment went well. Sorry about your foot.Too funny Linda, doctor's visit was all positive. My labs were the best they have been in a year. If my numbers continue to improve I can actually not be in kidney disease any more.
I now have an appointment with my foot doctor on Wednesday. My foot that I had surgery on a few years back is bothering me again. Sigh. Can't win.
