Oh Happy Birthday Phyllis! I was so busy this weekend, I barely had time to breathe. Painting, painting and more painting. We unloaded a truck load of flooring for our house. I'll be so glad when this is over with!!!

Today is HIS/chest/back. Hopefully I'll have better luck with combo 3. Cathe gave a step-by-step instruction to someone on Ask Cathe and I may print that out and try to see if I can nail it down.

Jane: I am sure you will be deleriously happy once your house is done. Your kitchen is gorgeous so I'm sure the rest of your home will be too. Well worth all of the hard work, no? I can't get HIS. I barely have LIS down yet!:p

Y'day I ended up nixxing cardio and decided I felt like legs instead. I mish-moshed and ended up doing this:

PLB warm up, calf work, sb work
GSL floor work
BBC f/b wall squat and flunge/squat segments
GSL stretch

It took about 65 minutes from w/u to stretch and what a burn!!!}(

Today is cardio for sure!

Happy belated Phyllis, I hope you are doing great and had a great birthday.

Becky, hang in there. Just keep going when you start turning over the step to the front side. Keep on turning into the next move. Once you just keep moving that step will seem like a piece of cake, trust me!

Today was Tracey's HISM 2 and her ab section. First thoughts:
I felt the set and the cast was crowded, and they couldn't move as much as they wanted. Tracey seems to be yelling and sounding very shrill imo, which gets on my nerves somewhat. the choreography is good, but she uses alot of tapping to switch feet which she doesn't clarify, or if she does I can't tell from her yelling.
The intervals are okay, nothing to write home about, and the first one is very repetitive, but by the end of the workout the intervals are pretty easy. It is a long workout,and I was ready for it to be over when it was done, but I felt like I had burned some serious calories. Some high impact, but not too much after the first 4 intervals.
The ab segment following is short but sweet, and it was effective, imo.
 
Tammy, I did the same as your today. I know, the one with the running and the pushups. I get a little head rush everytime I come up from the floor that fast. So i just kinda do my own thing instead of the pushups.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. I did do some cleaning. Other than that I didn't really do anything. That's oK with me. My DD made dinner and we had ice cream cake for dessert. Mmmm!! I got some new slippers, a turteleneck sweater and 2camis.

I've been cleaning all morning, with Christmas music on (!) and this afternoon I hope to relax with my book, at least for a little while!

Afternoon Girls.

I just finished Imax Extreme but I skipped the weight segments as I wanted pure cardio today and boy oh boy did I get what I asked for! AWESOME!}(

I did LIS this a.m. for the first time in its entirety. I'm trying to squeeze in as mant weight training segments as I can stand before leaving town for Thanksgiving. I'll do two days of Cardio Coach while I am away :)

I wanted to wish Phyllis a happy belated birthday! Cleaning and ice cream cake sound like a decent day to me ;-)

Now that I have read Becky's post I'm rather leery of HIS. I had enough difficulty getting used to sweeping and funny backwards steps.....
 
Hi Ladies

Today I did a homemade upper body circuit using Step, Jump & Pump. It worked out well. I am going to do some yoga before bed.
