Becky, hang in there. Just keep going when you start turning over the step to the front side. Keep on turning into the next move. Once you just keep moving that step will seem like a piece of cake, trust me!
Today was Tracey's HISM 2 and her ab section. First thoughts:
I felt the set and the cast was crowded, and they couldn't move as much as they wanted. Tracey seems to be yelling and sounding very shrill imo, which gets on my nerves somewhat. the choreography is good, but she uses alot of tapping to switch feet which she doesn't clarify, or if she does I can't tell from her yelling.
The intervals are okay, nothing to write home about, and the first one is very repetitive, but by the end of the workout the intervals are pretty easy. It is a long workout,and I was ready for it to be over when it was done, but I felt like I had burned some serious calories. Some high impact, but not too much after the first 4 intervals.
The ab segment following is short but sweet, and it was effective, imo.
