Good Morning Everyone,

We have a long weekend here. I worked out on Saturday - STS Upper Body 1 for about 45 minutes. I took a rest day yesterday as I had a very early start in the office. Today I did a mix of a YT KB w/o for 35 minutes, added on a 10 YT bodyweight w/o and will do my own stretch after this.

Linda - I was curious about your anticipated long workout planned for Saturday. Sorry multi-tasking got in the way :( . WTG with today's blender w/o.

I'm going to have to start using the blender. There are still a lot of things I cannot and should not be trying to do at this point. Paid for it doing the LMR Functional Lower Body last week.

I paid the price with the LMR Functional Legs last week, still not ready for too much lower body. Today I did LMR Functional Upper Body for 49 minutes followed by Step Boss Lying Extended Stretch for 10 minutes.

Nicki- Sorry to hear that LMR Functional Legs was not a good fit just now. Give your lower more time, you'll get there and I applaud your enthusiasm. Great choice on today's workouts with:
LMR Functional Upper Body= 49 minutes - That's a good one!
Step Boss Lying Extended Stretch for 10 minutes

Yay! You got Leslie Sansone Walk Blasters today- I have that one and its a keeper! Its fun short walks that are good and ILMR Functional Upper Body for 49 minutes followed by Step Boss Lying Extended Stretch for 10 minutes. I guess that would be a gentler workout for lower body. I know I will often reach for Leslie Sansone's workouts for recovery for injury or illness or if I just want something low impact to do when I'm not feeling like working out at all. I love Leslie workouts and another I have found is Jessica Smith also found on Amazon and YT.

I have to confess I didn't get the full workout in I'd planned I had to omit half and opt for a premix on Total Body Barbell. So I did something at least.

Total Body Barbell- TBB UB + Core= 40 Min

Nora, any work out is a good work out. Trust me, I know after not being able to work out for so long.
I really enjoyed the Leslie Sansone workouts I did today (Tuesday). I look forward to doing the rest of them. I will definitely be reaching for these a lot!
