Good Morning everybody!

Today's workout:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Burn & Bands" - 52 min. (a long one, but time flies!)

That's it......since it was a longer one, I'll call it a day!

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day today as my DH drove our DD back to Ottawa which left me walking the dog early this morning and having to prepare for some workers to come into the house (small leak in basement where I work out :( ). It's been snowing here since last evening which I love!

Linda - nice long workout this morning after a good rest.
Nicki - WTG with your workout. I'm sorry your leg is impacted again. That's so frustrating. But big yeah to retiring this year :)
Nora and Annette - enjoy your workouts :)

So how did you like that one? Did you use rubber or cloth bands? Mind is missing the word right now. :(

It's a great workout, enough so, even tho' I subscribe to Kelly's workouts, I also purchased the download of
this one. She uses egg weights on cardio moves and as far as the bands, she used both types of loops,
(firewalker type & fabric loop) and also tubing.

Today I did:
LMR Elevated Bonus#3 - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps for 40 minutes
Total Body Stretching #2 Stability Ball for 13 minutes
Finished with Hinge Health PT for 12 minutes
Leg feeling better today :)
 
Glad the leg is feeling better. I think I am going to chiropractor this afternoon for
tightness/soreness around my neck,upper shoulder blades…

Hi ladies,

Today I got carried away with my workout. I did a pseudo pyramid style workout using a friend's method. So instead of just going up the pyramid and then doing 4 sets of 4 at the highest weight and moving on, I came back down to pyramid too, which took waaay more time (I did this on bench press starting with barbell only(45pounds) and going up 5 pound increments till I hit 70 pounds where I did the 4 sets of 4, then I went back down, oh my!!

Then the back machine but not the pyramid with 30 on each side.

Then the leg extension machine up to 55 pounds.
Then the elliptical for 15 minutes.

Then onto dumbbells for shoulders (press, shrugs and seated Arnold press), chest flyes, hammer curls, overhead triceps with 1 arm at a time and holding the fat ends, hammer with a twist, wrist curls ended with leg raise holding a 6 pound dumbbell with your feet lying on a bench lifting your legs up as high as possible, I did 8.
Barbell at 20 for 15 bicep curls

Floorwork for abs and legs and glutes with a short stretch. Ended up being 102 minutes:eek:

I am done.

Fit Split- Low Impact Cardio = 27 Min

Great workout Nora..... I've noticed that you do Winter's "golf" workout from time to time. Do you golf?
I think in my life, not counting mini golf :), I actually played golf one time in my younger years with my dad.
I definitely came from a golfing family, my dad, both my brothers, my sister all played golf all the time!
I enjoyed riding in the cart more than swinging the clubs! :)
