I took a rest day today as my DH drove our DD back to Ottawa which left me walking the dog early this morning and having to prepare for some workers to come into the house (small leak in basement where I work out). It's been snowing here since last evening which I love!

Nicki - WTG with your workout. I'm sorry your leg is impacted again. That's so frustrating. But big yeah to retiring this year

It's a great workout, enough so, even tho' I subscribe to Kelly's workouts, I also purchased the download ofSo how did you like that one? Did you use rubber or cloth bands?

(firewalker type & fabric loop) and also tubing.
