Today's workouts:

Blender- "LMR2E: "Elevated Upper Body Express # 1" - 29 min.
YT-Earth & Owl- "1960's Rock" Rebounder workout- 10 min.

Hi ladies,

The weekend was a rest weekend, thank you for missing me,Linda.

Today was going to be the gym but with the snow and the wind chill I stayed home.

So I did a new garage Taebo that was only days old which was 30 minutes long and I wore my boxing gloves.

Then I did a 4 day old new CDORNER Cardio Kickboxing which was 35 minutes long. I am sweating as I type. No gloves on this one.

They were both good and balanced for the most part. I got 5303 steps between both workouts so not too shabby on the steps.

Hi Annette, nothing wrong with a good ole rest weekend! Did you get alot of snow? We only had snow
showers and little to none stuck.......up in Cathe's neck of the woods, I believe they are getting bombarded!

Great job with your 30 min. garage Taebo and then CDORNER Cardio Kickboxing -35 minutes long. I can
understand why you are sweating. LOL!

Hi Linda,

We got most of our snow overnight, maybe 3 inches. Enough to cover the grass back up after it had just been uncovered with last week's rain and warmer temperatures. It laid on the roads too, hubby said that it was icy this morning. But further east got more than us.
