Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Whole Body Rowing & Weights EMOM- always a good workout- WTG & high fives!

Annette- Awesome job on your 100 Min gym circuit workout. It makes sense to me the gym was packed. Everyone is the post Christmas need to workout and lose a few pounds frenzy. The holiday pounds never comes off as fast as they go on. I agree with Linda, this frenzy to run to the gym to work off those holiday pounds will clear up soon. I enjoy reading about your workouts. They are always well though out & amazing
