Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- 15 min. Total Body with Sammy
STS2- Metabolic Standing Weight Plate Abs- 11 min.
YT-Earth & Owl- 12 min. CrossRope Ropeless & Rebounder workout
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Whole Body Rowing & Weights EMOM

A little of this and that today!

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more C&E for lower body and core. I added on 10 minutes of: https://www.youtube.com/@Movesmethod for mobility/squat/stretching.

Linda - great variety this morning!
Nicki - so frustrating about your leg pain :( I shared the link for the mobility workouts I've been doing. They are short but tough.

Hi ladies,

Today the gym was packed so I was only able to do a Pyramid style workout on some of the weight work.

But it ended up being an 100 minute gym circuit consisting of 15 minutes of weight work for chest and back/15 minutes on the elliptical/ ~45 minutes of weight work for shoulders, biceps, triceps and chest/ ~10 minutes on the sled up to 11 plates/~10 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. All times are rough estimates.

Nice workouts ladies!!
 
Great job with your 100 min. Gym circuit today Annette! I am not surprised that the gym
was packed, it’s always like that right after Christmas & into the new year…….and usually fizzles out after awhile! Or, at least that’s how I remember it!!

Annette- Awesome job on your 100 Min gym circuit workout. It makes sense to me the gym was packed. Everyone is the post Christmas need to workout and lose a few pounds frenzy. The holiday pounds never comes off as fast as they go on. I agree with Linda, this frenzy to run to the gym to work off those holiday pounds will clear up soon. I enjoy reading about your workouts. They are always well though out & amazing:)

Ripped w/HiiT- HiiT Circuit Upper Body = 46 Min

Equipment:
a pair of 8 lb,10 lb. and 12 lb. dumbbells and one 20 lb. dumbbell
