Good morning ladies! Hope everyone had a nice Easter weekend! Siobhan, good for you doing some great
workouts over the weekend!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "STS 1.0-4 Day Rotation: Chest, Shoulders & Biceps" - 27 min.
YT-Bitgym- "Buffalo Creek, Colorado" Recovery Ride- 10 min.

Happy Easter Monday Ladies,

Today is a holiday here for many (if you work for banks, government or anything regulated by government). I, of course, am working all day as is my DH and eldest DD. The youngest has a paid day off :) .

Today I did a Caroline Girvan LB workout for 45 minutes. I did my own stretch and a Cathe Live warm-up.

Hi ladies,

Today the roofers are here so it is very noisy. I had to get up as going back to sleep wasn't happening with the noise.

But I did a Fitness Kombat 53 which I had done previously but it is a good sweaty workout. Basically 43:45 minutes of cardio and then I added a stretch to the 45 minute mark. The video got on with floorwork with weights that I don't do taking the workout itself up to pretty much an hour.

But I did 45 min of it adding my own stretch.
