Good morning!!

It's my Friday, I'm off tomorrow!! DIL will bring Joseph up tomorrow so I can get my Trick-or-Treat time with him!:)

Today call for DM and UB but I'm seriously considering doing 4DS BC and UB premix. Those who have done BC, is it pretty easy to pick up the moves? I haven't even previewed that one yet.

Unfortunately it's definitely Monday for me, and I have my yearly gyn appointment this morning. Also have other appointments and stuff keeping me busy most of the day,so I doubt I'll have time to work out.

Yesterday I did 1 hour on the stationary bike and abs.

Still eating too much junk stuff. It's stuff I always crave when the cold weather gets here...lately it's been pumpkin pie, banana cream pie, pumpkin bread,apple dumplings, and heavier hot meals.
NOT GOOD
:eek: ;( especially with my less than consistant workouts !!

I need to work on it , bigtime!

Thanks Phyllis! I believe I may be doing DM/UB though... that 4DS BC/UB is 105 minutes long!! The DM premix is only 60.

Becky - You'll get back at it. Look at me, I practically took the whole summer off!! I seem to run in cycles, I think we all do. It'll come back around. I haven't made those apple dumplings yet, I'm scared to!! :p

I did GS Legs and abs from MIS. I think GS Legs is my fav of the leg workouts.
