Morning everyone!

Well, last night I blew off my cardio, because I was SOOOOO freaking tired. But....

...this morning I ran!!! Yes I did:) I was dreading it because I haven't run much lately because of my hip and the weather, but I did 4.7 miles. Could have gone further but the hip was twinging a bit so I felt it prudent to cut it short.:)

Later on I'll do core and triceps.

Hi, Shelley. I'm glad you were able to get some running in and that the hip held up as long as it did. Is it starting to feel any better? What's on your agenda for tomorrow??? Just curious!

I was up nice and early this morning. Did Cardio Kicks followed by L&G (all of it, since I'm back to heavy weights again). LOVE IT ALL! Feeling really good.

Tomorrow I'm planning on a long run (shooting for 8 or 9 miles) and core work if time (and the boys) allow!

HAPPY SATURDAY! Quiet day for us, so I'm gonna enjoy!

Howdy Shelley and Gayle!

All of this talk about running has me quite jealous...I'm gonna have to find time to try it come the warmer weather....I COULD just run out the door when DH gets home from work! Dinner will be a little later but so what, right? }(

Today is supposed to be a rest day for me but I'm feeling like I might want to do SOMETHING so if I have the time I'll do a rebounding vid, if not, no biggie.

Tomorrow I'm supposed to go to the gym where my SIL works on a visitor's pass...I'm very excited...I feel like a kid who's about to go to a playground! LOL :7

Gayle...good workout. I stopped freestyle myself, I needed more time for my runs!

Today I plan on PowerHour and then the step/hi-lo premix from SJP.

Shelley: You sound energized by your run. I hope your hip starts cooperating!

Gayle: Great workout. I've only done CardioKicks once and it just didn't grab me...I'll have to try it again. L&G on the other hand I love...excellent music in that one!

TiGGer: Enjoy your rest day! I think going to the gym is definitely equivalent to going to an amusement park for us!

Carole: Great workout...I have really got to try CardioKicks again.

Today is Pyramid Lower Body (my first time) and a 20 minute steady state run. Sandra, I'll let you know later if I'm successful with it. Wish me luck! :)

I can't wait until this chest cold is gone. It makes breathing and speaking difficult.

Quick post cause I'm already late: am having dinner (pizza) at a friend's.

Dit a 9.3K run yesterday, won't bore you with the details, but let it suffice that the name tread millis interruptus suits it very well:p

Today it was CTX-UB plus the abs off of Kickbox and 20 min of yogazone.

Hi Gayle - I have L&G on tap for tomorrow. I may try to fit in a short cardio session too, since I missed cardio yesterday.

This morning I did PLB and to sub for the 20 minute run, I did SB combos 1&2 (no warm up). My legs felt like jello at the start of the step workout, but I persevered, and they gradually got some strength back!

Shelley - great run!

Gayle - wow, long workout today! But a good one!

Wendy - have fun at the gym tomorrow. It really is an adult playground, isn't it?

Carole - I see it's a cardio kicks kind of day. I love the last punching combo in that workout.

Katie - I hope your hair turns out nice. I got mine cut last Monday, and it's so short I look like a boy :(

Tammy - I'll be doing that SJP premix this week, as a sub for a 40 minute run. You should give CK another try. I really didn't like it the first time or two that I did it, but it grew on me, and now I think it's a pretty good workout. It's my least favourite of her kickboxing workouts, but it's still a good workout.

Pamela - I didn't know you were struggling with a cold. Yuck!!! I hope it's gone by Monday and Tuesday; we have to do KickMax and IMAX3, and we'll need all of our lung capacity for that! I hope you enjoy PLB in its entirity. The ball work in it is a killer. I struggle through with the hamstring portion, but I don't enjoy a single repitition!!

Dutchie - mmmmm, pizza!!!! Have a slice for me!

Well, I have to go help a friend move her mother's household into storage. But what goes around comes around, so they'll be helping us move in a few weeks!!

I'm still getting used to all your names, so bear with me wtih the responses and no specific names! LOL

Cardio Kicks. I LOVE this kickbox workout the best. I keep telling myself that I need to try KPC one more time to see what all the buzz is about, but personally, I feel like I get a better cardio workout from CK and it's so much fun to me. Just my personal point, I guess.

L&G...love this one too and no more dread factor. Music, moves, variety, it's got it all!

Great workouts, everybody! I LOVE knowing I'm not doing it alone!
