Hi ladies,
Today was leg (lower body) day at the gym. I did all the leg machines but 1, my legs are fried. It was 67 minute workout.
Including: inner and outer thigh machines, 2 thigh machines for tops of thighs, 1 machine for back of thighs, leg press machine, incline leg press machine for legs and calves. Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes some weighted, couple of abs stuff on the stability (until I almost fell off), and a stretch.
