Happy Hallowe'en Ladies!!!

Today I did a 40 minute (including stretch and warm-up) growingananas cardio workout. I was going to add on a 2.0 for triceps premix but I've run out of steam :(

Today's "scary" workouts:

YT-Marsha Hughes- 5 min. "Happy Halloween" Med Ball Mobility Warmup
CatheLive- "Halloween Hocus Pocus" - 29 min.
Hydrow- 5 min. "Spooky Spirits Ghoul-Down" Rowing cooldown, Boston, MA. (The girls were dressed up
on the river, too cute!)

Hi ladies,

Today was leg (lower body) day at the gym. I did all the leg machines but 1, my legs are fried. It was 67 minute workout.

Including: inner and outer thigh machines, 2 thigh machines for tops of thighs, 1 machine for back of thighs, leg press machine, incline leg press machine for legs and calves. Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes some weighted, couple of abs stuff on the stability (until I almost fell off), and a stretch.
