Nora, sorry you didn't get a workout in yesterday, but the project you & DH got into, sounded like it was
a workout in itself!! I am sure you were glad to get that done!
Today's workouts:
Blender- "Total Body with the STS bars, Barbell, Tubing & Mini-Ball" -- 32 min. ( I blended this one specifically
to get some use out of the STS bars, which I rarely use)
YT-CrossRope- " 11 min. Quick Jump Rope Workout with Ropeless Modifications"
That's it...........have a good day. As usual, the weekend will probably be a rest weekend.
