Good morning ladies!

Well, I ended up doing another short workout yesterday evening, I found my Leslie Sansone dvd called
Walk Blasters that I had been looking for, which is a bunch of short 10 min walking workouts, so I did
the 10 min. Walk, Kick & Jab. Those are alot of fun, and I had forgot that she has her daughter in this one.

Today's workouts:

KCM-BoxFit- did a short dvd mix of the warmup, first boxing combo, and stretch- 15 min.
Blender- "Cathe's Cardio Band Workout # 3" - 22 min.
Jessica Smith- 10 Min. Quick Walks- "Steppin' Strength Walk"- 10 min. (Found this dvd in my search as well)

So often, thru-out the day, I might do short little indoor walks, so I'm glad I found these 2 dvds, Leslie's has
10 different workouts and Jessica's has 6 walks, with a 10 min chair stretch. More variety!!

I have a long workout planned for Sat. AM.......like 50+ min. Eek! We'll see if that happens! :)

Today I did Cathe's latest Live for 30 minutes. I really liked the format. How does Cathe come up with so many new workout desigms? No two are the same. She should have a contest for complete workout creations/designs created by Cathletes to do on Cathe Live! Linda - you'd win the prize!

Linda - Another interesting concoction this morning. I look forward to your choice for tomorrow :)
Annette - WTG with yesterday's gym workout! You're at the gym 3 times a week? Never on the weekends?
Nora - I'm sorry to read you missed your workout and might be coming down with a cold. No one wants a Spring/Summer cold :(

Great job Siobhan, with the latest Live- 30 min. I watched most of it yesterday and it did look like fun, but
just a bit too much higher impact for me, too many jacks! :) Of course, she showed some modifications,
but between the jacks explosion and some of the core moves, it probably won't be one that I visit. But,
I agree, she does throw together some interesting combo. Matter of fact, I just finished putting together
a "blender version" of it, using lower impact cardio, leg exercises and my favorite core moves. Aahh, the
beauty of the blender. I named my version "Pump & Jam" :):)

I am interested in the Leslie Sanson Walk Blasters - I have some of hers but not that one. I'm going to see if I can find it. Sounds like the short 10 minutes walks would work nicely for me.

Hi ladies,

Yes, Siobhan, 3 days at the gym , no weekends because hubby is home and we spend time together. I mean maybe occasionally I might go on a Saturday if I missed a day but it is not the norm.

Today I did Cathe's Rock'm Sock'm Kickbox workout. Sweated again. I wore my boxing gloves for part of it.

Nice workouts ladies.

Nicki, so glad to see you getting a workout in, whoohoo!!!

Hello ladies!

I confess I did not workout today due to feeling under the weather and getting only 2 hours sleep. The lack of sleep with MS for me means balance, coordination, and dexterity are not good. I even tripped & fell this morning in bathroom, landed hard on my knees, ouch! So due to lack of sleep I had to rest & not workout today. I'll see ya all at Monday's check in. Hopefully I'll be feeling better.

Nicki- Bravo on your LMR workout yesterday, that is awesome. I love Leslie Sansone and have many of her DVDs. You still find them on Amazon, maybe Total Fitness DVDS, or Collage Video. Many of Leslie's older workouts are becoming very limited since she retired at least fives years ago. So whatever you find out there in terms of DVDs is likely it. I also will add you can find Leslie's workouts on YouTube, and there is also a subscription service at walkathome.com. I hope that helps. Congrats on your LMR workout yesterday!!
