Daily Check-in, Friday, June 27, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

I had a late start this morning (too much sugar yesterday). Today I did a 45 minute bi's/back workout by T&D. I added on my own 10 minute stretch. That's it for me.

Linda - a loooong workout yesterday with KCM. WTG!
ChelePA - you got in some variety yesterday too! I checked out Cathe's latest live. I like her PHA's too.
Nora - great job with your Kaleigh workouts x 2 + a sandbag workout :)
Nicki - we appreciate you checking in and sharing updates about your new house. I hope you are able to start working out by next week!

Another nice 45 min workout Siobhan with T&D for bi's & back. I see a trend here sometimes....I think we
both like biceps workouts!

Today's workouts:

YT-CoffeyFit Raw- "Box a Better Waistline" - 32 min.
Blender- "On the Ball: Biceps & Triceps" - 17 min.

What’s T & D?

CDorner’s 30 minute advanced step 127 BPMs. I decided to wear my weighted vest to see how it felt with a slower beat. Definitely had to pay attention to my balance. Music was just so so. Had a chance to take her live upper body strength plus cardio this morning. Tabata style 20/10. 4 rounds of combo exercises. Loved this format and the repetition wasn’t too bad since the segments were short. Headed to lunch with my 50+ group this afternoon. Any plans this weekend?
 
Nice workouts this AM Chele…..if you like weighted vests…& you have a rebounder,
go to YT & search Michelle Briehler….look for her low impact, power walk workout on
the rebounder wearing weighted vest….so much fun! It’s a pretty recent one, shouldn’t
have to search too much….if you do look for it & can’t find it, let me know, I’ll PM you
the YT link to it.

Hi ladies,

80 minute hike in Joyce Kilmer National Memorial Park in Robbinsville,NC. It was a 2.1 mile loop trek. We made it. Yay!!!
