Good Morning Everyone and Happy Independence Day!

Today I did more DTHM (Dan the hiit man) - upper body for 24 minutes + a T&D no weight lower body workout for 20 minutes. I will do my own stretch now. I'm sweating.

Linda - you're still digging KCM! and Cathe, of course :)
ChelePA - great workout yesterday! Rules at the complex require owners to be present with guests in the gym/pool area. No one cares but she is a rule follower (my husband also owns the condo but I'm not gonna resist her wishes. She's 90. I do what I'm told :( )
Nora - sorry you missed your workout. that said, I'm glad to read your dishwasher is getting repaired for free! yeah!

Today's workouts:

YT-Caroline Jordan- Weighted Vest Walking workout - 17 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body Circuit
Blender- " 10 min. ICE Lower Body/Core add-on.

Hi ladies,

Boy, I am feeling yesterday's workout. I pushed machine chest flyes to 115 pounds yesterday and I am sore today because of it. That is the highest I have gone on flyes.

Today was 45 minutes of Billy's latest Garage Taebo. I am a sweaty mess. He started with a 12 minute 'how to do' segment which I skipped 3 minutes of and I then jumped into the actual workout. It was better than some of his garage workouts.

So I think I will lay in the sun.

CeceFifi… I guess you don’t want to upset your mother-in-law. I would do the same.

Aqua girl… Caroline Jordan helped get me through some dark days after a hairline fracture of my foot, which happened at the start of Covid. Exercise is my stress relief, and I didn’t know what I was going to do. Such a sweet instructor, but I wish she had music. Her seated chair workouts were perfect during the time.

Calico… congratulations on lifting heavier with chest flies! Wow! I can understand why you’re feeling it today. Enjoy the sun!

Cathe Live #509-Burnin Bootcamp. I did mostly strength endurance this week. Followed by a cookout themed ride.

Chele, you had a good workout selection today with Cathe Live #509-Burnin Bootcamp...that's a good one,
that's one that I even purchased the download awhile back.

Yes, Caroline Jordan is good, I have explored some of her foam roller workouts before. The weighted vest
workout has music.........but it's very, very low.....hard to hear..........but I enjoyed it, not as much as Fawn's,
but it was good.

Hello's & waves to Nicki- you had a nice 4th Of July;)

Well, Girls I had to skip today's workout due to DH wanting me to watch a movies with him and both of my knees have been hurting and stiff, so I decided to skip the workout today and rest my knees. I'll see how I feel Saturday. Take care and I hope everyone had a great 4th of July:)
