I'm going to try IM#1 and some ab work this morning. I didn't manage to finish yesterdays workout as I wasn't feeling well and I ended up calling in sick to work. I dread going in today as I know my desk is going to be covered....BLECH!!!

Morning Tammy and all who follow! Today was warm up and step from SJP, cardio only from CTX Kickbox, Hi/Lo from MIC and SJP abs. I'm ready to go back to bed. :+

Tammy-I hope the IN box at work isn't too overloaded for ya.

Katie-your workout soudns great! Love mixing and matching the DVDs.

I did IMax 3 this morning, then PUB abs, biceps and triceps, then added on about 125 oblique crunch/twists.

After my workouts this Saturday and Sunday, I will have finished 5 full weeks of Freestyle training. I'm wondering if I should change it up for March. Any thoughts? I've lost the weight and some inches, but I honestly don't think the toning is where I want it to be. Perhaps I'llw ait to see what rotation Cathe comes out with for March.

Weekend workouts are not planned yet, but SOMETHING both days.

I'm about to install a network. If you don't hear from me for several days then it is safe to assume I'm dwelling in my own personal network nightmare :+

Anyways, did a absolutely great 7K run this morning and will do a leg workout later this afternoon, probably GS-Legs, standing ex only. And a 20min. yoga w/o.

OK, here I go, hope to be back soon......

Great work outs!

Yesterday I did SJP. I pulled out the hi/lo and did them all on the rebounder right after the warm up and then finished the rest of the workout.

Today is pure cardio...the rotation calls for 3 CTX cardios back to back but I'm gonna mix it up a bit...1 ctx, 1 segment of step till you drop 2 and a rebounder work out. That should be about 90 mins worth...YEEHAW!}(

Tammy...take it easy with IM 1. Luckily for me my work days haven't been to long. I feel the worst early in the morning but my workouts have also been shortened. Hope your day isn't too tough.

Good workout Katie...I feel like going back to bed now and I haven't even worked out!!

Gayle...good workout. For the toning with Freestyle you might want to give it more time. 6-8 weeks maybe. We all get results a bit differently.

Good luck with the network Dutchie...my only problem was trying to share a printer. I finally got it figured out and both PC's are working well now! Have fun with GS legs...I always dread those slow motion lunges...}(

Katie and Sandra, thanks for your input on the Intensity series. I've been considering purchasing it for awhile now. I'm going to order it today or next week so I'll have it by the weekend.

Sandra, That sounds great! I would enjoy your company, and I welcome your suggestions for substitutions in the November rotation. Have you had a chance to look at it yet?

Dutchie, good luck with your network. It's great that you know how to set it up and repar it yourself. All my recent internet problems are related to my network, but I don't know how to repair it myself. I'm waiting for my sister to make time to take a look at it. Hope you get it up and running quickly!

Today I think I'll do a short treadmill run (20-30 min) and Muscle Max. I still have a million things to do for this party before the guests arrive.

Good morning, ladies -
I've decided to take a stinkin' week off of impact stuff, and I'm not happy about it. In fact, I'm getting downright grumpy. It started Wed. with my regular day off. Then I axed the PLB workout yesterday so I wouldn't put extra weight on my feet, so today is day three. Okay, halfway there, right???

This weekend I will do some serious upper body work to burn off excess energy, as well as abs. I also plan to take the dog for a nice long walk, so at least I'll be moving, although not very quickly because she is not a fast doggie. Fat, but not fast!!

Think of me when y'all are working out hard!!

Wow you sound energized and up early!

Well.... I got an offer from the start up.. and the other company is countering... The president is calling me tonight at 5 to talk! My current company will most likely counter they told me. It's nice to be wanted.. but confusing.

College tour is going well. We go to my alma mater in a few hrs :)

I'll work out when we get back to MA tonight. I need a good S&H C/B. Need that heavy lifting!

We are at my exes. So nice we are friends makes this college hunting so much easier!

Wow, alot of busy days ahead of us here, great things happening!

Today was Christi Stepping Zone and Stretchmax 1. I just have been having problems getting into Cathe cardio this week. Tomorrow is ME and Sunday will be a short hi/lo cardio and abs so I can push it on Monday and do Imax 3. Have a great weekend!

Wendy - Wheeew! Long workout planned for today! I hope tomorrow's a rest day? Let's seeeee, if I had to do three CTX's back to back, I'd choose....hmmmmmm......All Step, Step & Intervals, Kickbox. Maybe. Tough decision.

Carole - are you still feeling the bug? I'm getting better, but it's slow going. I sure wish I could take medicine for it - I love the boost you get from it :) And yes, I'd love to go back to bed right now, too!

Pamela - Ooooh, that's exciting! The IS workouts are such a staple in my workout collection - I can't imagine not having them. Are you getting the Terminator dvd as well? The three workouts on that are really, really good for the days you want a good challenge. I looked at the November rotation, and I'm still vaciliating about doing it. It looks like a great, effective rotation; I'm just trying to figure out how I would fit in all the 90 minute workouts. Also, on the Thanksgiving Day, she has us doing LG, CTX Upper Body, and a short run. That's a 2 1/2 hour workout! Do you plan to do that? When do you intend to start the rotation?

Shannon - I'm sure you'll do some great upper body workouts to compensate for the sore feet. Good luck with your rest!

Robyn - it is GREAT to be wanted! I wish I had your problem! :)

Conni - is Stepping Zone one of Christi's newer workouts? Or older?

Hi everyone,

I did PUB warm up and chest then did the taebo Fat Blasting workout using weighted gloves and ankle weights. I am now down 3 pounds so my shaking things up is really working.

I was also able to take and have my mothers' ring resized to fit me and I will be able to pick it up on Sat. I also had new links put in one of her watches so I can now have a watch. Oh the little things,LOL!! I am soo enjoying accessorizing my wardrobe with my mom's jewelry. It is sooo much fun, just wish she didn't have to pass away for me have this much fun.

Sandra, actually I have to give the credit to Cathe. It's her "cardio sampler" from her January 04 rotation. I just added on the SJP abs at the end.:)

Hi Sandra,

Christi made Stepping Zone, Hilo Happy Hour, and her Strength and Flexibility videos after 9801 and before the "Heavenly" Series. I really like the step and hi/lo tapes. Both have ab sections at the end and I really enjoy the choreography. Must haves for Christi fans!

Good evening all.... I just finished ME and it went well. I wrapped my right wrist pretty snug and had to modify on the biceps but not as bad as I thought I would. I think I'll wrap both wrists from now on when doing weight work. This really helped.

YIKES! It's about 9:45 and the first time since this morning that I've been able to get on here! Between being busy and having troubles with my internet connection, I just haven't had the chance! I tried a couple of times to post to a thread this morning...I wrote "a book" and when I hit "post" I lost it!x( x( x(

Anywhooo, I did not have time for the entire work out I wanted to do this morning but this is what I DID accomplish....

Step till you drop 2 warm up + strong step segment + Rebounder advanced work out w/warm up included and cool down included.

Here are my HRM stats for the work out:
(no warm ups are cool down included in these times)
Step work out 358 cals/ 35 mins + Rebounder work out 226 cal/ 21 mins = Total: 618 calories burned!:+ :+ :+

Imagine if I had time for CTX kickbox!?!?}( ...Gotta love those HRMS! They make it all worth while!;)
