Wendy - Wheeew! Long workout planned for today! I hope tomorrow's a rest day? Let's seeeee, if I had to do three CTX's back to back, I'd choose....hmmmmmm......All Step, Step & Intervals, Kickbox. Maybe. Tough decision.
Carole - are you still feeling the bug? I'm getting better, but it's slow going. I sure wish I could take medicine for it - I love the boost you get from it

And yes, I'd love to go back to bed right now, too!
Pamela - Ooooh, that's exciting! The IS workouts are such a staple in my workout collection - I can't imagine not having them. Are you getting the Terminator dvd as well? The three workouts on that are really, really good for the days you want a good challenge. I looked at the November rotation, and I'm still vaciliating about doing it. It looks like a great, effective rotation; I'm just trying to figure out how I would fit in all the 90 minute workouts. Also, on the Thanksgiving Day, she has us doing LG, CTX Upper Body, and a short run. That's a 2 1/2 hour workout! Do you plan to do that? When do you intend to start the rotation?
Shannon - I'm sure you'll do some great upper body workouts to compensate for the sore feet. Good luck with your rest!
