Today was shoulder and leg day at the gym.
I started with the shoulder machine with 20 on each side for 3 sets using different hand grips on each set.
Then I did the incline leg press machine with 1 plate on each side for press and calves. Then 2 plates on each side for press.
Then using 10's and 15's I did 2 sets of 10 for arnold press, seated clean and press and side laterals and shoulder press, plus shrugs using 15 and 20's.
Then I did the sled for cardio. I put the strap on for length loaded 3 plates and proceeded to pull the sled to me and then run it back. Then decided 3 was too many to pull so I lowered it to 2 and did the same thing, then ran it back, same for 2, 45's and a 25 on top and ended with 2 45's and a 25 and a 10 on the sled pulled and then ran back. It was 4 sets like that.
Afterwards I did the leg curl machine and then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.
It was 82 minutes of a circuit so not bad.
