Today was a Fitness Kombat mix 57, I did the cardio up until he went to the floor. It was ●41● minutes of vigorous cardio. I think I tried this one before but stopped at like 26 minutes, don't remember if it was too hard or I was crunched for time that day. But today I made it through all of the cardio, yay me!! I am not as sore or stiff today like I was Wednesday so that is good.
