CD’s live classes x 2. I love her mish mosh cardio-30 minutes of fun! Definitely less intense than some other routines. The last song got my heart rate up the most with jumping jack variations. Followed with the 30 minute stretch, focusing on neck, hips and back. We are having fall like weather so my younger pup is up for extended walks in the morning. His older brother scraped his paw over the weekend, so he’s been relaxing at home.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a 103 minute gym circuit consisting of the flye machine top weight 160, back machine with 45 on each side, 2 leg machines, dumbbells for chest press using 20's, 25's and 30's. Hammer curls with 25's and 30's, shoulder press with 15's, Arnold press with 12.5, wrist curls with 15's, seated clean and press with 10's, sled was a light day only up to 9 plates, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some weighted exercises and a row with a twist.

Then a short stretch.

That is it!!
