Tammy I hope your blister heels soon. That must be so frustrating.

Cassadine, good job with those push ups. I'd be patting myself on the back too. :)

Thanks for the encouragement Tammy, but I ended up skipping the Yoga. I went for a run and a bike ride instead (752 cal), and afterwards we took the kids to the park to work with dd on basketball. (More sprints for me to help keep her motivated). All in all still a great workout although for some reason my stomach hurts like it does when I work my abs, but I haven't worked them. Weird, right?

Carole, I hope you had a great birthday!
