Am I really the first? Well, I did it!!! I did SB on an 8" step today, and it was TOUGH, but I made it! No going back now.:eek: It felt good to get through it, but not so good while I was doing it.

Yeeha, Katie! Good for you on the 8-inch step! SB sounds like fun, but I am going to stick with my planned day off. My stupid Achilles tendons need a break. I hope everyone has a good workout today.

Katie - Wow!!! I just can't go to an 8 inch step, unless it's lowmax. That is awesome.

Shannon - Take it easy, your DVDs will still be there after your tendon feels better!:)

Today was Franny's Step to the Max, I just love her stuff! Ab hits after that for a complete day.

Conni, I'm not familiar with Franny's Step to the Max, but it sounds like you enjoyed your workout today.

Yesterday I got in the run, but not the chest work, and I'm okay with that. Today I think I'm going to see if I can complete IMAX 3. Wish me luck!

Hello !

Today was a 45" treamdill run followed by abs from KPC.

Kati- wow 8" for SB must have really kept your heart pumping!
Shannon- I hope your AH gets the needed rest
Conni- I don't don much about non-Cathe step but enjoy!

WTG, Katie on the 8" step. Great job.

I've been MIA here for a few days, since the kids had Monday AND Tuesday off of school, but I've been working out...just to get caught up (in case we're taking attendance, lol).

Saturday: Cardio Kicks, Kick Max blasts and conditioning drills, abs
Sunday: 8 mile run
Monday: 3 hours rollerblading
Tuesday: Mega STep Blast, leg extensions & curls, 200 crunches
Today: Rhythmic Step, Legs & Glutes standing work, 300 crunches (oblique work), push ups!

Great to see everybody's been MOVING!

Did I tell you all that I finally hit the 50 pound weight loss mark?
When I really committed to losing weight last June, I started at 253.2lbs. I am now 201.6 (I'm 5'9"). My current goal is to be free from the 200s altogether. My size 14s are starting to have room in them. Size 12 here I come! :) (We're going to Trinidad in April, and I have a size 12 outfit that I would like to be able to wear then. I can actually get it on now -- I just can't close the pants. When I started, I couldn't get into the jacket, and the pants wouldn't go over my thighs.)

Wendy, yes we do seem to be a bunch of sickies!! ..:)

Pamela...it does get cold here but not nearly as cold and brutal as the east coast, so your body does adapt, but I do enjoy the summers more than the winters! I have had days with those kind of interruptions too. It does frustrate you. Cathe has alot of rotations and they are usually a month long, maybe try one of hers and give P90X a break. I am glad your DH is supportive, my DH just thinks I am nuts...:)...Good luck with Imax3..

Sandra...I think you did great with Stepworks and a head cold! My run was a little rough but I felt better as the day went on. I am with you though, as in knowing my workouts won't be as strong as usual when I am sick.

Dutchie..nice to see you...:)...I might be able to help you a bit on networking PC's. I have just been thru Networking hell...:)



Shannon...sorry, I have had Achilles tendonitis a few times and it is not fun. Icing the area 3 times a day for about 15 min can help a bit.

Gayle...you rollerblade for 3 hours!!! wow, you do have some strong legs...:)

Still feeling a bit under the weather. I will attempt P90X Shoulders & Arms, AbRipperX, PLB floor legs and a 5 mile run.

Well, I am wavering...I am thinking that I should take a rest day and give this cold a break. It's obviously not going away...just moving from place to place, lol, so maybe I need to take it easy...as much as I DON'T want to!}(

Today is supposed to be SJP plus a coremax. My plan, wether I do it today or tomorrow, is to do the hi/lo at the beginning or end on the rebounder-modifying it to make it work, ofcourse-and then do the step and weights as produced. I no longer have coremax so I will choose 2 ab work outs to make up about a 20 min ab program for myself instead.

Cold, cold go away. Come back another day...;)

Oh, and btw...it appears that I have lost another couple of pounds! I am now officially UNDER my pre-pregnancy weight! I NEVER thought I'd see the day! WOO HOO!:+

Carole-yes....3 hours of rollerblading. See....I tell myself that I'm taking THE KIDS to go rollerblading when in actuality, I'm just making myself feel better because it was supposed to be a REST DAY for me! LOL. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did Billy's Lower Body Bootcamp today using 2 lb. ankle weights since I don't have the bands. It was a very good workout and included abs also.

Congratulations Wendy on your additional losses. You work hard, and you deserve a rest if your body needs one. Hopefully, you'll be rejuvenated and ready to challenge yourself even more.

Sandra, how's your household? Is everyone over their illnesses?

Annette, glad you had such a good workout -- isn't it great?!

Carole, I think this week I'm just going to try different Cathe workouts that I was previously unable to complete to see how far I've come. Next week I'll get back into a rotation, probably one of Cathe's fat loss rotations. Thanks!
 
Hi everyone

Today I’m doing New York & Company (Leaner’s) $15 off every $30 spend. I promised my sister that I’d take her once the sale started. They have very nice clothing and inexpensive too. I promised her, so be it.

Today, I MUST be PMSing or something I swear I can’t stop eating, get this, with my oatmeal this morning I was eating a Take 5 candy bar, :eek: :+ :p never can i remember doing anything so crazy before and from there it has been downhill. I'm attacking everything and anything that moves :7 and I just ordered from a fast food restaurants ;( ;( I never ever eat fast foods. I know tomorrow will be a better day.

Good news, I officially wear a size six :) :) :) ;-) ;) :D I have reached my goal Amen :) :)

No workout for me yesterday as I had to go to the dentist.

Today I did Step & Intervals warm-up & cardio, GS C/T and LL Abs.

Judy: Sounds like a nice workout. I find that when I am doing steady state running on the treadmill, 45 minutes is just about perfect for me.

Gayle: Attendance has been taken...bueller?...bueller?....great workouts!!

Carole: I hope you are feeling better. Awesome workout today.

Wendy: I hope you feel better soon. Congrats on the weight loss.

Hi ladies!!

I'll post in the am .... but the interview (job 2) went AWESOME!
I am going to get an offer. I interviewed with 5 folks and hit it off with everyone :)

interview 1 sent me paper work and called back today they want to go to the next level.

Phone screen from today wants me to come in next week!

JOY JOY!

ugh.. have to redo my mamo.. had calcification last time too.

We do the college thing tomorrow.

I'll do KPC tonight.
