Wendy, yes we do seem to be a bunch of sickies!! ..
Pamela...it does get cold here but not nearly as cold and brutal as the east coast, so your body does adapt, but I do enjoy the summers more than the winters! I have had days with those kind of interruptions too. It does frustrate you. Cathe has alot of rotations and they are usually a month long, maybe try one of hers and give P90X a break. I am glad your DH is supportive, my DH just thinks I am nuts...

Sandra...I think you did great with Stepworks and a head cold! My run was a little rough but I felt better as the day went on. I am with you though, as in knowing my workouts won't be as strong as usual when I am sick.

Shannon...sorry, I have had Achilles tendonitis a few times and it is not fun. Icing the area 3 times a day for about 15 min can help a bit.
