Couldn't do L&G yesterday cause the neighbour came for coffee and a chat after dinner. So did L&G Xtreme today. But I kinda forgot I have to do a run this afternoon... oh my. Will probably be a very slooooow run}(

Tris/Bis for me and will be working out my abs as usual. Thinking about working abs 3x's a day for now on no matter what...really want the definition there as I have the "box shape" just no "toys" in the box yet. ;)

I am doing Gliding and freestyle training these days after finishing Cathe's Jan. rotation. I am like you, waiting patiently (...NOT;) ), for the Hard Core series. Debating to do Cathe's Feb. rotation or not, after her January rotation. Anyway, today I did Gliding for 35 minutes, I am on my day#3 of freestyle for legs and abs and I did power yoga for 15 minutes.

I did IMAX I and Slow and Heavy: Back. I was waiting for the February rotation but will continue with the Muscle strenght rotation(Slow and Heavy) as I want to increase my muscles adn definition.

Since Cathe posted a rotation for Feb., I started a check-in thread. I was going to focus on S&H this month, but I think HC will be here within the next week or so. I live in Philly & ordered on July 4th. I will probably be one of the first to get them. I did SJP this morning. I had a pretty good workout. Have a great day!

This morning I did PUB in the gym and am feeling fantastic. That is actually a great and portable workout, and all I could hear in my head was Cathe's voice: SQUEEZE THAT MUSCLE! lol

I will have to go over and check out the Feb rotation.

i start my rotation today and it is ME for me and Imax2 which i will probably have to modify.....lovely. better than nothing though!!!

Good Morning everyone! Today I am supposed to go outside for a jog, but the weather is not cooperating x( So, I might be picking a kickbox workout from Billy Blanks.....(I cannot wait to get the Kick Max from Cathe), but until than........Billy will have to do.

Otherwise I might get out MIC and do that one. I cannot decide right now, it depends on the weather! I hope it clears up a bit. I never got my power yoga in yesterday and need to do 20 minutes today as well, my legs are super tight and need to be stretched!

I have a feeling I will be on the forum throughout the day......I had a super super busy day at work yesterday and have no desire to go in right now ;( Sooooooo, I might be a little "unfocused" at work and will chat with everyone later.......

I just started working out in the mornings a few months ago. There are so many mornings I have tripped on my step because I wasn't fully awake yet. And the warm ups?? I can't remember them half the time. I'm still in la la land dreaming.

Dutchie...I haven't ever done L&G Extreme, but it sounds tough. I bet your run will be fine. Those legs are getting quite strong.

Welcome bfj! Of course you can join the check-in. I think the majority of us here are impatiently awaiting Hardcore..:)

Jes...sounds like a great workout. There are parts of Imax2 that I modify too.

Reba...we have been lucky here as the weather has been nice. MIC is a great workout if you miss the run. I also do some Taebo...I like Billy.

Today I am doing S&H Legs, PH Biceps & Triceps and an 8 mile run....enjoy the day ladies...:)...Carole

Wow, a lot of early risers this morning. Today was PUB for me. I'm really upset that I no longer have time in the morning to add on my 30 minutes of cardio. Do you still get a good workout if you do nothing but strength training for one day? I feel like I just haven't had a decent workout if I don't get some cardio in, but there is no way I'm going to be able to get up and function at 4:30. It was difficult enought to get me on a 5:00 wake up schedule. We can thank a new baby for that one.:)

Morning Everyone,

I am back - I just got home last night from my parents. Dad will recover just fine, and will be out of the hospital Wednesday. I drove back last night and my DD's where still up waiting for me to get home. I guess they miss their Mom. :)

I looked on my schedule and I have IMax Extreme on my agenda. I will see how I feel. I just finished my first cup of coffee. :9 I'm off to have another.

Hi all!

Today is Powerflex at my gym. Yesterday I was only able to do intervals 6-10 of IMAX plus some corework from BC.....I figured some of IMAX is better than none at all and it IS the hardest half of IMAX2 so it has to count for something I hope;)!!

BFJ, Tracy, Aila Carla K. and any other newcomer I may have missed...a big welcome to the thread!! Hope to get to know you all better!! You will love this group:7 :7

Jes, ME and IMAX2 in the same day....wow...you impress me girl!! Let us know if you are still alive afterwards ok???:p }( !

Katie, that was a great workout! Just think at least you got a workout in and it's a lot better than nothing............if you are only able to workout in the mornings, why don't you alternate weights and cardio? Do you have an hour in the morning?? Maybe you can split it into 1/2 hr of each??

Today was Leaner Legs. I always dread this workout but feel proud to have completed it! Did Cathe post a Feb rotation? I didn't see it, I will look again.
 
Good Morning,

Well, last night I was able to do ctx 10*10*10 very carefully and I made it through with little pain. I stretched before AND after the work out and was good to go for the rest of the night! Maybe I am cured! :) I sure hope so!

Tonight is supposed to be my rest day but since I took those 2 days off over the weekend, I am gonna do something tonight...Will probaby pick a work out from the rotation to be done later this week and plug it in for tonight and take a different rest day this week.

Ladies-great news! I GOT BODY BLAST YESTERDAY! YIPPEE!!!!!!!:7 :7 :7 I previewed SJP last night. Looks like fun...looks like TORTURE-LOL...but fun none the less. I wonder if I am going to be able to hold out ALL month and not try anything from the BB series while I do this CTX rotation!?

I purchased a pkg of the puzzle mat work out flooring from Sports Authority over the weekend...I underestimated how much I'd need even though I have a small work out space. Gotta go back and get more before I can even try it out. I am putting it over carpet as I want a smooth surface to work out on. I despise carpet and it's all I have been able to work out on in my home since I started with videos. I would love to get that room done in some kind of hard flooring and would try to talk DH into it if we planned on the staying in that house for a long time but we are gonna start looking for a new house after the baby is born so I know he won't go for
it.:-( Oh well. I just hope the stuff I bought works...
