Hi all!
Today is Powerflex at my gym. Yesterday I was only able to do intervals 6-10 of IMAX plus some corework from BC.....I figured some of IMAX is better than none at all and it IS the hardest half of IMAX2 so it has to count for something I hope

Katie, that was a great workout! Just think at least you got a workout in and it's a lot better than nothing............if you are only able to workout in the mornings, why don't you alternate weights and cardio? Do you have an hour in the morning?? Maybe you can split it into 1/2 hr of each??
