Hi good morning,yesterday I did the PLYO X and the combinations of KM. Today is back and biceps,ab ripper and a Cathe's cardio premix.Good luck to everybody who is going to start a rotation today. Have a great day everybody.

Good morning Mariangeles and all that follow.

Yesterday I did 70 minutes of step from the TimeSaver DVD with w/u and cool down. A lot of fun.

Today is circuit day on my generic rotation but I am using the flexibility in my schedule and doing another steady state cardio today because the grass has got to be mowed and I'm pushing it. It has been so rainy here since the end of last week and so HOT before that so our grass has gotten a little out of hand. I'm sure I'll get quite a w/o today.

Have a great day everybody. I'm working today too after working the weekend but I'm off for the rest of the week after today, so I think I'll make it.;)

Good Morning Fit Women,

Well I just got back from vacation. Had a blast in Williamsburg, VA. We will have to go back to Colonial Williamsburg to visit. The day we went, it felt like 120 degrees. Even the toilet seats were so hot nearly burned by butt! LOL! I am not one to complain about the heat, but I was complaining and whining all day that day!!!! LOL!
Worked out some in the fitness rooms the hotels provided a few times, but have not worked out much in general so I am feeling mighty unfit at the moment so ready to take off here to run for 1 hour and will work lower body on Smith Machine later in the evening.

Welcome back Charlotte!

I am starting the August 04 rotation today. EEEK! :eek: L&G and a 20 min run...well, I can't run so I must find an alternative cardio for that.

Probably no workout today because we are working on replacing all 4 windows in our bedroom today so I will be hauling plaster and wood and holding a window most of the day!! Probably won't get a formal workout in til Wed. since dh is off again tomorrow to finish up what we don't get done today!

Good morning ladies,

Yesterday, I took off to get ready for a new monthly rotation. I just made one of my own. I took the pushups,situps from cathes recent rotation to spice my up. I will be doing PS CST,BBA and 40 pushups. I have not done PS in forever. Thought it would be a good change.

Mariangles- I have gone to a website about the workout you do, and not sure of what it is called. I forgot of course! Could you do it using cathes workouts strictly?

Jane- Girl I know you are excited to be having off this week. You deserve it!

Cathy- you were a busy girl yesterday! You cleaned, worked and did those workouts? I feel like I was a lazy girl yesterday. I was!!

Charlotte- Sounds like you had a sizzlen weekend!!

Today will be PLB standing only and 30 min of cardio- probably elliptical.

Good luck to those starting the AUG 05 rotation! Looks brutal, but I'm sure at the end of the month, the results will be excellent!

Wendy- I really liked the Aug 04' rotaion. In fact it got me to start running. And all the lower body work did help to blast calories.
Cathy- Nice WO's this past weekend.


What does everyone think about the Aug 05' rotation posted by our dear Cathe? It is out of my time range to say the least. I can not give more than 90" per day to a rotation, and during summer days I try to keep to 70" or less on most days. There are many activities I like to do that can only be done in summer, (golf, tennis, gardenning, swimming) and I want to get outside and enjoy them.

I will continue this week with my GS series upper body one part per day, 4-5 days of a lower body endurance segment, and 5 days of 30" cardio. And Abs 3X .

Morning all! Today was PLB and then I will do some abs tonight.

Weigh in day today. I'm now down a total of 9 pounds, 7 of which is body fat!!! Woo hoo! Thought about doing the Aug. rotation, but frankly it scares the crap out of me!:eek: Plus, it's way too hot to run here, even at the break of dawn. Maybe in a couple months I'll get up the courage.

Wendy - Good luck with the rotation. I can't wait to hear how you like it.

Morning Everyone,

I was just looking at Cathe's Aug rotation. I'm think of taking the challange. I will only be able to do 5 days of the rotation, so it will take me a little longer. }(

So I guess it is Bodaymax, jumping jacks, and push-ups for me. Will see how much of this I can actually do. :D

Kim, there is a rotation that Kathryn gave that used the Hardcore Series with a P90X rotation. I have done this one, and liked it alot.

Today I started Cathe's Fat Loss Rotation - so it was IMAX3 this morning. And this evening I'll try to squeeze in Coremax. Fun fun! :)

Tammy and Jane...thanks for your concern. I am just a bit scraped up, and my stomach is sore from landing on it...:)...but I will be fine. This is the danger sometimes of trail running...for those of you that don't know. I posted late last night and had taken a spill when I did my trail run yesterday!!

Good morning!

This morning I did Basic Step and Push Pull. Cathe's July '05 rotation doesn't have very much cardio in it; I was only supposed to do Push Pull today, but I miss my daily dose of cardio. I guess she more than made up for that in the August rotation!! Was that the same person who wrote both rotations? What did you people SAY to her on the road trip???? My goodness........

Jane - glad to hear you get the week off! Enjoy it!

Charlotte - great to see you back!

Wendy - have fun with the August '04 rotation. That's quite a doozy. What is it about Cathe and August??? Does the heat get to her, or something?

Judy - If I were in my prepregnancy shape, I would give the rotation a whirl. It's quite advanced, though. I wonder about her putting Muscle Max two days in a row. That's a tough workout, if you're lifting heavy enough, and I thought you needed to let your muscles rest?

Tammy - are you seeing the specified results from the Hardcore rotations? Did you lose fat, etc.?

Conni - excellent work today!!

Katie - HIGH FIVE!!!! You're doing a great job!

Carole - wow, sorry to hear about the spill!! Were you subconsciously jealous of DH getting all the sympathy and attention that you decided to get some of your own? LOL! (just kidding). I'm glad to hear he's doing better, and I hope you get better soon, too.

Morning all! Resting up from a tough gym workout yesterday...30 min run, 30 min elliptical...heavy chest/back & abs...

gearing up for the Aug 05 challenge, with modifications due to the workouts I have. I think I will do 3 a week. That will be quite a bit to tackle w/ my 16 month old underfoot. Do you think I'll still get benefits? I just don't have 6 days a week w/ that time to workout.
