Hello,
So I've been sick for the whole week and was only able to complete one cardio session. However, I've been able to continue with weights for the whole week since it didn't affect my breathing too much. The week before this, I did about 5 sessions of cardio including interval training (step, eliptical, treadmill), walked about 25 miles on top of that throughout the week and strength training (4DS- worked bodyparts twice in the week). I lost about 0.5lbs during that week. Yet, by cutting down on the cardio, I've lost 3.5lbs this week. Is this odd or do I need to cut down the cardio? I have 45lbs left to lose. Any suggestions, input, or experiences would be appreciated.
Rita
P.S. My calories did not change at about 1700 calories a day.
