CTX 2 but Slow and Heavy rather than fast and light

I would like a CTX 2 but instead of endurance type weight work I would like slow and heavy weight work.

I think a band and bodyweight only type of workout would be great - something without a lot of equipment.

Some new cardio - I'm not fussy about what kind but it would be wonderful if we had high and low impact choices.

Something new and different! :)
 
EXCELLENT suggestion! I find myself reaching for CTX more than anything else these days. Working full time, commuting, etc makes it very difficult to fit a serious fitness plan in.
