ETA: I do take my creatine adding it in my daily matcha tea. I am avoiding pure coffee at the moment. I have noticed, it is suppressing my appetite lolI call it my "cheat beverage". I think a combination of creatine, protein powder and matcha tea is suppressing the appetite.

Appetite..... lol this made me laugh, I knowI need your formula for appetite suppression!!!! I feel like I've gone the opposite direction: always hungry!! That gets old. What kind of match tea do you use? I'm limiting the protein powders because of digestive issues, but I'm curious what you're using for that too.
