Yesterday I did 20 min yoga, felt great afterwards. I need to start stretch more.
Today I will do a mix of LB/UB wo and abs. Today I am starting Phase 2 with JMBR.

Today I did Run Fit and tried my new Brooks Ghost shoes. They felt really good, very comfortable. I like them a lot. They were more than what I usually pay for a running shoe, but I believe it was worth it. I had a great workout and my running is just getting better and better. I no longer dread it, I enjoy it. This is huge for me!

Well we survived the horrible weather last night we only had to go to shelter 1 time. Since I finished my KCM rotation and I am waiting on her new ones to get here I decided to revisit the Body Blast Series so today is SJP Step only. I finished my workouts and I forgot how much fun this step workout was it was over before I knew it.

I'm back and I did today's workout. I did complete six months of Les Mills Combat and loved it so much I am still doing it but not following a rotation this time. I'll just check in now.

Here's today's workout:

Today I did Karen Voight's Yoga Strength. Had a good yoga workout. It's only 30 minutes long so I got off easy today. Much needed, though, my muscles seem really tight again.

Nora - I can't believe the calories you burn girlfriend! You go!!! :)

Morning girls,

I am up since 3 a.m:mad: can't sleep!

Yesterday DH and I went to a funeral :( My husbands friend he also worked with him, died of cancer last Friday:( He was only 42 years old. He was fighting cancer for the last 10 years. He was the first guy I meet from my husband's work, we looked at a house right next to his. So sad! :(

On Sunday we are having a party at my house. What was I thinking? :eek: We invited the all my neighbors. Thank goodness, Aleisa will help me with the cooking. I don't know if I should have a BBQ or cook something:eek: Maybe all that thinking is to early:p


Today I will do JMBR cardio #2 and JS " New Metabolic Conditioning".

I will check in after my workout. Happy Hump Day!
 
Today I chose to do Push/Pull by Cathe. Had a pretty good workout. Again, didn't go over 35# and that was only with legs. The rest I used 3 - 12# dumbbells.

So far so good...

They still haven't posted a rotation on Kellys site so today will be KPC Cardio Conditioning and CK25 when we get home from the lake.

Debbie-I forgot how good that workout is and its a short one, my muscles are screaming today from doing it yesterday.

Belinda-its traditional in the States to BBQ on Memorial Day.

Rough week with my kids again. Sorry for not posting. Today was the worst. Yada yada yada. So much easier when they were babies.

Belinda, so sorry about your friend. You know I know, working on an oncology unit, the sad stories are endless, and get to me every time, too. So sad.

Nora, Xtain and Combat are awesome combos!

Debbie, You are working PP good!!! Nice to hear you are enjoying the weights again.

Roxie, So you're going KCM rotation as soon as she posts something? I have no idea when I'll get to her new ones. You'll have to let me know how they are.

This week I did GS Chest and Triceps, and then Peak Fit Cardio Strength 1, and today GS BSB. Also my 100 squats a day. And abs once so far.

I did KPC but not the other workouts my gluteus maximus hurts on the RT side so I didn't want to aggravate it. We went to the lake today and the water was rough so I have a little motion sickness going on thought the TM would make it worse.

Chris-they posted a rotation today but I won't start it until next month I will finish out this month with the Body Blast Series I am kind of enjoying it. I would like to tell you it gets easier when you kids get older but that would not be honest my 27 year old DD has some weird parenting ideas with GS that irritate us to no end and my youngest 25 DD just makes really bad decisions.

Did my workout awhile ago. Holy crap, this one was tough! LOL! Sweat was dripping down my face from start to finish. Great workout in a short amount of time.

Chris - Kudos to you! I couldn't do what you and doctors do! Thank you, for what you do! I hate the word cancer. I am so sorry your kids putting you through so much. ((((HUGS))) Hang in there! How old are your kids?

Debbie- I am using lighter weights and getting a good workout. Good job!

Roxie - enjoy your new workouts.

Nora - what results are you seeing with your rotation?
