Les Mills Combat- Combat 45 Kata= 45 Min

Total calories burned= 834
I had a good workout but feeling fatigued so I'm glad tomorrow will be the last day of my six months of Les Mills Combat. I'm already hating the idea of taking three days off starting Friday. I'm pretty sure I'll be back Monday with more Les Mills Combat, I do believe I'm addicted LOL!!
Debbie- Congrats on today's workout with Cathe's Supersets!


I know you've really missing lifting so I'm sure this was super fun for you. I'm glad that there isn't any soreness in shoulders post workout too, now that is awesome.
