Roxie- Awesome workout today with KCM Weights, Hip Hop Ab Sculpt, and then a 2.34 mile walk. That is fantastic Bravo girlfriend!;):)

Belinda- Another kick butt workout today with JMBR W3 Workout #3, Ab Jam + BBL Sculpt, killer workouts there girlfriend, WTG well done!!^^^5's.

Been MIA this week. Busy week, It was my birthday this week and I've actually been busy having FUN! :cool:

Been keeping up with my workouts. I started Cathe's May 2013 Rotation, so Monday was GS: Chest & Triceps (BIG DOMS!!) 100 Squats + 300 Rep Ab Challenge, Tuesday I did Kelly Coffey Meyer's Plateau Buster + 100 Squats, Wednesday was IMAX 3 100 Squats, + 300 Reps Ab Challenge and today was Gym Style Back Shoulders Biceps + 100 Squats. THAT was a mouthfull!

Kids are stressing me out... sorry can't stay... :eek:

I did KCM Cardio Blast Premix 1 which was all 5 step routines with a plyo blast in between and the I did CK25 WK1 D2 and I fell like I need to do more.

Wow! That was a fun workout today. I do love and adore Les Mills Combat and thought I'd do Les Mills Pump Combat disc today. It was super fun and a bit tougher than Power Kata 45 in Les Mills Combat. I loved it and I sweated more with this one than the other which surprised me. Those of you that do have Les Mills Combat will find that this is comparable to the Live workouts which I think are a bit tougher and sweatier than the regular ones which I love. The Les Mills Pump does have 1 Combat workout in the extra advanced cardio dvds in case anyone is wondering. It was through this extra purchase along with all of Pump that I discovered Combat and fell in love with it. So when beachbody announced they would offer Les Mills Combat system with Dan and Rach I was most enthusiastically on board and couldn't wait for it to be available. Now that I have been doing six months consecutively of Les Mills Combat I can say it is so fun even still there is no dread factor and I love it. It seems unnatural to even not do Les Mills Combat its that kind of workout that you love and can't wait to do it again. It's super fun and definitely worth the purchase and then some. I like to add in strength workouts with either Xtrain or Les Mills Pump depending on my mood and time to do them in.

Roxie- Great job on today's fab workout with lots of variety. WTG!!!

Hi Gals!

Today I did Hard Strikes warm up + the Heavy Bag Tabatas 1-3. Added in my 100 Squats, + the 300 Rep Ab Challenge I'm doing for the month of May. Then I went off to the park and ran for 30 minutes. GORGEOUS weather today!

Nora: Glad you're still loving that Combat! I have the series, and I LIKE them, but not quite as enthusiastic as you are. It's great you found something you love so much and don't tire of. Adding in the weight work is a great addition too! (Xtrain weights are my favorite!!)

Roxie: Sounds like you had a great workout today!!! Maybe add in some abs and squats! :)

So I think my treadmill is on it's last legs. :( It wouldn't start right this morning and it kept stopping. I unplugged it, tightened the plug into the wall and tried again. It worked until the last 5 minutes of my workout and then it decided to stop on its own. Dangit. I love that treadmill. I'm gonna have DH look at it later, maybe he can figure out what it's doing.

I did Cardio Coach #1 today and had an ok workout. I walked a lot this weekend and I'm sore all over.

I did KCMs 30 MTF Wts 1 and then went for a 1.99 mile walk. DH is on vacation and its suppose to be 80 degrees today and 90 tomarrow so we are headed to the lake.

Debbie-don't know what we would do if our TM died its just the perfect size for the house we live in and I can fold it and roll it out of the way.

Debbie- Nicely done with Cardio Coach 1. I hope your DH can figure out what's going on with your TM. If I had to offer a guess perhaps there is a short in the plug so replacing that should fix it if that's the case. Its a simple and cheap fix. I hope that fixes it. Good luck!

today I did Cardio Supersets, 200 Squats and 300 Rep Ab Challenge.

Belinda: That Physique 57 is good! i have it, should take it out again!

Debbie: sorry to hear about your TM. How long have you had it? what a bummer. Hopefully hubby can fix it!! How's your mom doing ?
