Today I will do Bum Bum and JMBR cardio #1.

May already. But yay! The weather is finally getting nice! :)

Today was cardio and I chose a mix of Cardio Coaches I made up. It was a short one but I gave it all I had and did really well.

Happy May Day, its nice right now but the snow is suppose to move in later yuck its time for that to stop. I will do KCMs Your Best Body 2 and the TM its a non squat day. DH turns 50 today so I don't know what we will do.

Quick check in: I am finally done with my workouts. I also did Debbie Schieber Burn it up. I am beat. My legs gonna be sore. And I have all legs tomorrow:confused:

I decided to do Cathe's May 2013 Rotation, starting Monday, so this is an in between "rest" week. I did the first 5 step combos of IMAX 2 (no blasts) and then did Yoga Max. Also did my 100 squats.

My workout today is: BBL High & Tight + Leonardo's Secret and JMBR W2 Wo#1. My butt is super sore from all that squatting and lunges. Guess I will be hurting even more after my leg workout today. Maybe I mop my floors before my workout:eek: LOL!

Today I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown and did workout #2. This one is fun and it seems to go by really fast. Then I got on my treadmill and walked for 1 mile.

Chris - I haven't seen the May rotation yet, I'll have to check it out. Have fun with it!

I didn't get a workout in yesterday we ended up going to the lake for DHs birthday and it was 80 when we left the lake by the time we got home 20 minutes later it was 67 degrees and then by the time we went out to eat it was 54 degrees and today we have freezing rain and its 38 degrees crazy weather. I will do KCMs Cardio Blast 1, 110 squats and then 30 minutes on the TM then clean house.

Hi All

Oh my gosh, am I sore from Yoga Max yesterday! My core , mostly! :eek:

Today I went for a 2.6 mi run and did my 100 squats. I still can't believe how sore I am from that yoga .

Lots of issues with my 13 yr old this week. I'm so stressed. Sorry no personals today, but I did read all your posts. :(

I just finished today's workout. I'm still recovering from my post injection flu-like concentrated reaction. It can usually take me a day or two to recover from the reaction it really kicks my butt. I will now check in.

Today I did To The Max Triple Tabata Premix + 100 Squats and 300 Reps Ab Challenge (doing it 3 times a week for the month of may).

had more leg workouts.

Chris - you are welcome! My booty is fried:p And the scale is going in the right direction. I bet your workout today knocked out some of your stress. Kids, I tell you. Nothing but a pain in the a...!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NORA! We are having a surprise 50th birthday party for DH today at dds house so I spent yesterday with her getting things ready and I got to see gs for a little bit. Its cold and rainy here again today so wish the weather would become spring like its suppose to. I don't know what I will do workout wise but I will be doing 250 squats I only have 3 days of this challenge left and I think it made a difference in my thighs and abs.
